Brows By Renee

I have had a couple of friends who did their semi-​permanent brows at the other places, but I still chose to make an appointment with Renee. This was one of the best decisions in my entire life!
There are no words to describe how thankful I am to Renee! She has done the most amazing job with my «almost-​no-​eyebrows» situation! It is not only her professionalism and talent, but also her awesome personality! She knows exactly what she is doing!
So if you are looking for the best experience and the best results, you should definitely call Renee!

I don’t often write Unilocal reviews but, Renee is a godsend. I had tiny brows, baby brows, NO brows and read some wonderful things about Renee. We consulted the same day as the first procedure, she recommended the powered technique due to the sparseness of my existing brows. Today I had my final session of two and honestly, I feel like I’m seeing my face for the first time in 20 years. My brows are beautifully sculpted in the most natural way and really I could not be happier and more grateful. Renee is SO talented and insightful in what she does (trust me!) and her experience as a MUA really shows through in her work. I am a lifelong customer.

Omg hands down best investment for myself!!! My brows look better than ever. Renee is such a sweet heart and so talented. She made me save about 30 min for my morning routine (bc that’s the amount of time I used to spend, filling in my brows). Not anymore. I got natural looking full brows. She used the powder method on my brows. She guided me through the process and was gentle and comforting. She made sure in between the procedure if I was comfortable or in pain and also offered me water. I was super relaxed in her little private studio. She makes you feel like a VIP, because of all that privacy you have. After I was done she gave me some ointment for my brows and a card with all the after care instructions. I can only recommend her and her outstanding service!!!

As an active healthcare professional on the go, this was the best thing i’ve done this year! I am a huge pansy when it comes to needles and do not have a high threshold for pain but after researching and having a consultation with Renee I felt confident to go for it. Her aesthetics are on point, experiences in beauty and makeup vast, and the facilities are cozy and clean.
Renee talks to you through the whole process and overall I did not feel pain from the needle. I also appreciated her following up on me after my appointment. Post 6 months, I am very happy with my results and will continue to seek Renee for my eyebrow touch ups. I don’t ever need to worry about wake-​up-​with-​no-​eyebrow face anymore! Now I have an even more easy breezy carefree make up routine.

Renee is a genius!
I’ve always had sparse eyebrows and have been filling my brows with eyeshadow for the past 10 years. Renee manually etched the permanent tattoo ink only in the necessary areas giving me a more natural look. Everyone thinks my brows are natural and even I can’t tell! This has saved me so much time in the morning and it’ll never melt away while I’m sweating! LOL!

Growing up in the 90s I did a number on my poor brows, I went from unibrow beast to pin-​thin in 2 years. As the trends changed I always had to compensate for my thin brows by drawing them thicker, which resulted in them looking different every day, very annoying.
Come Renee! I had the pleasure of meeting her while she was working in LA and was in love with her brow aesthetics! When she mentioned permanent makeup for my brows I was all about it! She advised me on shape and depth and I just told her that I would have her tattoo my entire face so do whatever you want! Needless to say, my brows are gorgeous! When people compliment me about them I tell them it is semi-​permanent tattoo and they are blown away. It takes me no time to «do» them every morning and they are even and perfect. So sad for me that she built her brick and mortar in NY, lucky for all you people out there!

I cannot thank Renee enough for the remarkable job she did on my semi-​permanent eyebrows when she was in Los Angeles. Having gotten my eyebrows tattooed (semi-​permanent makeup) several times in the last 2 decades, Renee has done the BEST job by far! To be quite honest, I will never go to anyone else to get my eyebrows done… even if it means I have to fly across the country to NY to see her!
My prior experiences with other permanent make-​up artists left me with brows that were too thin, easily faded, or with a shape that wasn’t that flattering. However, being a talented make-​up artist with a keen eye in helping people accentuate their face, Renee customized an eyebrow shape & color that truly complemented my facial features. I must admit that I’m a rather picky person and I was very nervous, but Renee was patient with me and helped to assuage my fears & anxiety. The micro pigmentation & embroidery technique that Renee used really helped to define my sparse eyebrows, yet my eyebrows still look very natural. Needless to say, I am beyond thrilled with how my eyebrows turned out!
It’s been about a year, and my eyebrow color has remained. Since then, I’ve received so many compliments about how my eyebrows look so good and «natural» from people in passing and people that I’ve encountered within the beauty industry (i.e. estheticians, make-​up artists, hair stylists, etc). It used to take me 30min to draw/​fill-​in my eyebrows everyday since my old eyebrow tattoo had faded so much. I used to be afraid of wiping my face in public in fear that I would accidentally wipe off an eyebrow and look like a freak. However, these issues no longer bother or apply to me! Now, my entire make-​up routine takes me less than 15min every morning. Now, I can wipe my face as much as I want or go swimming without being self-​conscious that I might wipe off my eyebrows. Beauty wise, having my eyebrows done my Renee was the best choice I have ever made. As trivial as this might seem to other people, it has literally helped to improve my life by changing my daily routine and habits! Renee is truly a gem, and I am so grateful to have found her!

Renee is an amazing makeup artist! I was her client back in Los Angeles and I’ve always trusted her skill and professionalism since she simply does a great job every time. I followed her to New York once I had a thought to get my eyebrows tattooed. You could not ask a better person than an experienced makeup artist like Renee to tattoo your eyebrows, she already has the sense of beauty and knows exactly what type of eyebrows will look best on your face. That’s the reason she’s the only one I would ever trust, and once again she did such an amazing job on my eyebrows. I couldn’t be happier with them. Plus, she’s also an amazing person and very pleasant to talk to. :)
