Sorry Ctown not a fan of you one day walked past Deli and door by deli was open and the whole store smelled like something was rotting I bought Milk one day and when I got it home and opened it later on in the night THE MILK WAS ROTTEN the date was for a week later the deli guys are rude one cashier there is always rude the place is gross sorry CTOWN the only good thing about Ctown is a worker there named Juan Carlos PPL OF INWOOD GO TO FOODTOWN on 231 street or Stop n Shop on 235 much better environment both store have discount cards and that could save you a lot I went to FoodTown on Friday night and saved $ 20 using my FoodTown card and to top it off with Ctown PRIMO THE MANGER is a real jerk

This is probably the best supermarket in all of Inwood and Washington Heights combined. I used to live four blocks away from this supermarket and now I’m about 45 blocks away and I still shop here. The variety and quality of food is so superior that it is worth while to hop on the train. They have a great selection of gluten free food including bread, pizza, granola, cookies and much more; so if you have a gluten sensitivity like I do this is the best place to shop in the Inwood/Washington Heights area.

I’ve have been disappointed and disgusted too many times buying perishable products from this store, only to find out they are spoiled when opening the package the next day. If it’s stuff in boxes and non-perishable, you’ll be fine — but, I know that I’ll be buying my perishables from Fresh Direct, Trader Joes or Wholefoods from now on.
