I wish I could leave no stars. This company jerked me around. I called and asked for an estimate. They gave me a high price so I said no thank you. One minute later I received a text from the same number asking me how much I was willing to pay. I gave the amount and they agreed. I gave the date and time and told them I would send the address the night before moving. As a female I didn’t feel comfortable giving out my address to a stranger (man I didn’t know) 4 days in advance. He agreed. I text to confirm the move the night before and he asked for my address. I have it. Then he text me back saying I’m sorry but we’re booked for tomorrow. I told him we were confirmed already I just needed to send the address. I then asked why he needed my address if he knew he was booked for the day.
The whole ordeal is sketchy and now he has my address and I’m stuck without anyone to help me move with less than 24hours to go.
Very poor business practices.
