Came in to get an earring fixed (post broke off). Charles did an awesome job and even provided me with extra earring backs. Very professional and friendly.

My watch’s battery was dead and one of the metal numbers had become detached from the face. He fixed it in a few hours — I came back at lunch after dropping it off around 9. My only critique, and the reason this is 4 stars, is that I feel I was somewhat overcharged – $ 15 for a new watch battery and re-​gluing one of the numbers to the face!
