I brought a cup of latte cappuccino and a ham & cheese on flatbread. The guy burnt a portion of my ham. It looked so disguising and there was nothing special about my order. The place is quite small and it the line gets very long sometimes especially in the morning. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ Donuts around this country and nothing is as bad as this one.

Lacking in ice cream chill, employee ethics. Dropped in on Halloween pre-graveyard shift for a $ 1.31 ice cream pick-me-up(based on the 2015 promotion). Ordered praline-and-cream scoop on a sugar cone without first sampling, which ended up being a mild mistake. Ice cream scoop was pretty warm, and sat with the consistency of frozen yogurt on the cone. Cone itself was fractured at its base(difficult to tell under the paper wrap). Worst of all, the cashier looked me straight in the eyes and charged $ 2.99, only relenting after a gentle reminder of the promotion, which he must have known of as it was HALLOWEEN. Wonder if he was just incompetent vs a sneaky owner-operator?

get it together people! this dunkin used to be on my way to work each Wednesday, in my desperation for coffee I would rush in and about 80% of the time rush right the eff out given their long lines and what seems like a total inability to multi-task. These dunkin donut employees need some professional development from the employees at the 266 first ave location — that one is right off the L train and they multi-task like pros, it warms my heart. The last time I went to this particular location I waited it out in the sad, long line and then quickly discovered I had gotten the wrong order. Luckily my work schedule changed and i’m through with this branch… back to 1st ave.

Coffee sucked. Bitter and not the French vanilla I ordered! Nothing ruins a morning faster than a sh*tty cup of coffee.

I’m almost 100% certain that Dunkin Donuts has some of the best coffee in New York. I used to be a hardcore coffee addict. We’re talking three to four to more cups a day. When I entered my brief stint as a vegan, I quit coffee cold turkey, which was probably the hardest part about not being able to eat meat or dairy. I haven’t actually picked the habit back up, but I do drink coffee from time to time, usually when it’s been a tough week or I feel I deserve something special. While the quality of Dunkin Donuts is generally superior to most other chain coffee companies, the lines are usually eternal because the person behind the counter is struggling with the English language, the American people, or just their existence in general. They are usually unpleasant and rude, and this somehow slows the coffee brewing process. This is nothing compared to the fact that Dunkin Donuts does not carry soy milk. COMEON. This is New York City, circa 2011, where thousands of people struggle with dairy problems. You can’t find the capital to order a couple of boxes of soy milk for your lactose-challenged customers? You may have the better coffee, Dunkin Donuts, but the green giant of chain-store coffee will continue to get my business on the days when I desperately crave a soy latte.
