Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunkin Donut branch is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever went to. I should have went to starbucks for coffee which was a few minute closer than dunkin donuts, but I figured I had money in my card so i went there instead.
The line wasn’t that long and I got my order within 5 minutes, but the downside of that was the worker who took my order didn’t seem like he took his job serious. I asked for a medium ice coffee with sugar cream and whipped cream. At first I said sugar cream and milk and realized I mistaken whipped cream for milk and quickly corrected myself. He heard me and nodded.
When I left the store, I took a sip and realized there was milk and cane sugar. The last time I checked, cane sugar don’t dissolve in cold drinks. I walked back to the store and told the other worker if he could make another one for me because this had cane sugar instead of liquid sugar. He took a look and asked how I wanted it. I told him liquid sugar cream and whipped cream. As I was waiting for my drink, the guy who took my order previously gave me a look which felt uncomfortable because not everyone liked being stared like that.
When I got my drink, I realized he took my order wrong. He thought I said less sugar instead of LIQUID sugar. (Gosh. Are these workers on drugs ?) I gave up trying to fix my order and just left the store. Never going to come back to this branch because obviously they never took chemistry class.

This is the worst Dunkin donuts in all of
Manhattan. They say «next customer“‘even before they swipe my card and always get my order wrong. I avoid this location at all coats even though I love Dunkin donuts coffee. I resort to Starbucks!!!

This dunkin donuts is by far the worst I’ve been to. Their coffee is either too hot or too cold or tastes like they put 25% sugar 50% milk 20% water and 5% coffee. They never have a big selection of donuts in fact the only ones they ever seem to have are glazed choclate cake, strawberry frosted, vanella frosted, and glazed. NONONO. That is a load of you know what. Dunkin Donuts is supposed to have a selection of donuts to choose from not only 4 crappy types. Also they never have what they advertize as when they came out with their peppermint mocha i came here twice on two different days asking for it and they didnt have it even though it was advertized. When they did have it it tasted like artifical flavoring and sugar to throw you off. This place is NOT worth it. They now charge $ 1.09 for s**t donuts and it’s f***** up. Even the people are snobby. Please for your own sake do not go here

never been to a dunkin donuts so im not sure if this is a god representation of the whole franchise, but these are pretty crappy donuts.
2 stars cuz the service itself was fine, wifi, and i didnt order anything else (their coffee could be good for all i know)

Old donuts.
Every single time I go there.

This was comical.
Me: Medium Coffee, Please.
Him: Pulls out the 72 OZ medium cup. (Their gigantic medium must be the cause for the Bloomberg soda law)
Me: Actually, that’s a little to big, I’ll just have a Small, please.
Him: I entered it into the computer. I can’t change it. It’s going to be $ 3.50
Me: You can’t change it to a Small? I don’t want a medium.
Him: No, can’t change it.
Me: I’ll have a Small, please.
At this point, the coffee hasn’t been made… it’s just him in front of the computer, refusing to void the medium. Haha. Really?
Finally he relented… so weird. And then he threw my change at my hand, along with my coffee which looked and tasted like 2% sweetened milk with no actual coffee in it.
That about sums this place up. It is what it is.

This review is about the morning rush. I haven’t been there any other times, so can’t comment on this place as whole other than that the morning crew has the system down pat. And the coffee’s hot, strong and flavorful, which I’ve found inconsistent and surrounding DnDs.
I work in the area so of course when I go in I’m in a rush to get out. However, I always know that despite the long line, which is almost up to the door, I will be in and out within 5 min max — and I always get the flatbread with medium coffee. I’ll see them with more elaborate orders, such as the lattes and other specialty sandwiches and they will whip em out in minutes.

the only reason I’ve gone to this location as often as I have is due to it’s proximity to my office. The workers here are apathetic and unintelligent. They constantly overcharge for combos and the like. Today I had to TELL the cashier how much change to give me after I disputed this charge.
I will be taking the extra 10 minutes to walk to the one on 14^th street or decide to like Starbucks again… ugh

THis is one of the unorganized Dunkin Donuts i’ve been to. No one really goes is line and they don’t really take your order at once. Since this is the only one in the area or near my office. If you want a big cheap coffee. This is where to go. If you can… Go somewhere else.

These people are con artists. Beware.
Twice now I have ordered a combo meal only to discover that they rang each item up individually to charge me more than than what I asked. The first time it happened I didn’t really realize it until much later. I chose to assume it was an oversight and not make too much fuss. Today when I went in and very clearly stated TWICE it was a combo, got a smile and CONFIRMED NOD from the cashier, checked my receipt as I ran out the door (in a rush) to discover that they overcharged me AGAIN.
I didn’t have the time to argue the point as I was late and they were fairly busy, and really, the employees don’t give a shit so I sincerely doubt their manager would take the issue to heart when they’re making more money by this scheme. When I checked with some of my co workers they confirmed that THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM. This is no oversight, it’s a scam.
On top of being scammed twice now, I received rude, impatient service when I politely asked an employee to repeat his question.
Furthermore, an «employee» walked behind the counter with no uniform (wearing jeans and an American Eagle shirt) and began to take orders. I get it that you’re busy, but you can take 5 minutes to put on a uniform. Without a uniform it causes more confusion to customers who assume that you are either a customer who waltzed into the kitchen without washing your hands, or that you’re off duty.
Poor customer service I may be able to overlook if you deliver a product quickly and accurately. STEALING my money however, is an entirely different issue and I will not only boycott this location, but tell others to stay away.

Needs a customer service overhaul. Employee doesn’t seem to care… Don’t go to this one. There is a dunkin donuts around the corner that probably functions better.

Sorry but my coffee was lukewarm at best, may have been an off day for them.
