horrible service. Showed up on time for my reservation and ended up being seated 30 minutes later. after being seated, it took us another 30 minutes to get the attention of a waiter and another 20 just to simply get a menu. No drink menus were even offered because the waiter made the assumption that the entire group was underage. beautiful ambience but will definitely not be returning.

I left from that place upset! I came to Ganesha Out Door Room on 6−12−15 for a bridal shower brunch scheduled at 1:30pm. When I arrived, the floor was all wet because staff was mopping the floors; I almost busted my ass, strike 1! Finally, 1 hour after they cleaned the place they attended to us. They had a prefix menu of a pitcher of sangria, appetizer, a main meal and desert. When I went to order the waitress said that the pitcher and desert is not included. So I said well, then why is it in the the menu? Instead of apologizing for the false advertisement she gave me attitude and said idk that’s how it is. Strike 2! Ok fine, she finally took my order for the appetizer and main course meal. ½ hour later another waitress comes and says that the first waitress didn’t know what she was doing and that they are only taking the orders for appetizer. After waiting a long time the appetizers arrive but half the table got their main course meal and the other half didn’t. So we complained that ½ the table didn’t get the main course meal. The first waitress was now taking care of us and when we complained about not getting our food she said we we never order. To top it off we had an hour waiting for a pitcher that we kept saying we are going to pay separate because she kept insisting that it is not included in the prefix order. Strike 3. What got me so upset was when she had the nerve to sit in our table and smoke hookah, mine you we are still hungry waiting for our food, and she is chillen smoking hookah. That place is nice, with good music and even the drinks are good, but they have the worst customer service and because of that they loss our future service. All I can say horrible service is !!!

The place is beautiful i had gone last year with my husband and a few friends that day it was really packed so i understood a little why the service was not that great. So yesterday since the weather was so nice i decided to meet up here with an old friend for some food and drinks; this time the place had a few people but not alot. First we get here and there is no one to sit us down we got one menu and we were a group of 3 and let me tell you the menu is probably 10 things to pick from and is not all that. Ok so we decide to get a hooka and a pitcher of mojito (choices were either chinola or mango) after a while we decide to get some pinchos it took the waitress 15min to get forks and plates. At this point i wanted to pay and leave !!! My friend tells me her sister is on the way with 2 other friends so im okkk i guess ill stay lets order another pitcher. We literally waited 30mins and had to chase down our waitress because she just wasnt around; i think we could had left without paying they wouldnt notice lol thats how bad it was. The hooka guy was more aware then she was. When i told her we need 3 extra chairs we have more people coming she put her hands on her head like its impossible. Like for real i went myself and took the chairs from an empty table. Ok we finally get the pitcher the other girls wanted beers they only had coronas and it was warm. I asked for the bill because i just couldnt any more. She got 18% of gratitude that she didnt even work for and the happy hour prices that u see instagram advertisment forget it we got charged full price smh!!! ITs SUCH AN NICE LOCATION THE MUSIC AND HOOKA GREAT BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I WONT BE RETURNING BACK THEY NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE WILLING TO WORK.

Horrible service. Went there after brunch for drinks with my girlfriends, ordered a bottle and an hour later still no bottle. The server then comes and tells us they didn’t have the liquor we ordered and that it had just arrived. This entire time we aren’t made aware of this or given any other options. After not even drinking water we left. Too bad, the place is nice and the music was good… Needs major improvement!

The two times I’ve been here I’ve received the worst service.
*The first time I came here and there were not enough seats for our party so the rest of us STOOD UP. We were crammed into a corner space.
*Another occasion: We were told by the promoter Febry our reservation was at 12p. Then he called to say 12:30p. We got there on time but the cleaning lady said they don’t open til 1p. We get there at 1p and tables weren’t set up. Reservations were pointless because we were seated at the only available table which was directly in the sun despite being the first ones there: food & drinks were not ready, zero music so we sat in silence. The mojitos all tasted the same despite ordering different flavors (and obvs it was melting rapidly due to where our table was). Our steak and yuca fries were SO dry.
*Our server was so sweet and attentive but the waiters were more than distracted, taking our half full glasses of sangria without asking. ***The promoter Febry did not bother addressing any of our concerns***

This was the worst place I have ever been to in my entire 25 years of life. I was with a party of 12 people and not only did they forget about our reservation which was made in advance but they had the nerve to serve us cold food as the plates arrived two hours after our arrival. The drinks were watered down and the servers were busy smoking doing hookah tricks at a table rather than attending to their guests. We were also charged for food & drinks that we never ordered. Also, when it began to rain we were asked to move back and forth from different tables several times. Come here if you enjoy being ignored by the staff, cold food, and weak drinks.

My two stars are solidly based on the fact that the place is cute and has hookah. The service is terrible and simply disorganized. i was with a party of 12 and not only did they not have our reservation (made a week in advance) but the food took about 2 hours and the drinks were extremely watered down. Then it began to rain and everyone was instructed to take their own plate indoors while you waited for the staff to set up the tables. The owner should have invested in better planning, a more qualified staff, and not only in ensuring that the place was pretty.

Horrendous service. Bait and switch prices after reservation for Sunday brunch for a party of 10.
Reservation was for 1 p.m. We did not get seated till about 45 minutes later. Terrible menu consisting of chicken and waffles or mango.
The bottomless sangria turned out not to be bottomless. We spoke to the owner, but she blames her workers the waitress and server for the bad service. We stood up for the workers as the waitress in the server blamed «la duena» the owner for the confusion and bad service. Their hands were tied. Not to mention the owner then bad mouths them to us. Who does that to their staff?
Also as more people came into the venue the more they shuffled us and others from table to table. I will never set foot or spend any kind of money in this dump. Yes, the yard décor is pretty, but it’s a dump if the services is not right. Like my grandma would say mardito sibaenos!
Avoid this places. One last thing they have staff giving out the 5 star ratings just check their Facebook reviews its loaded with one stars from real patrons and 5 stars from the staff where is the middle ground?

The place gets one star because it looks nice… but the service was HORRIBLE.. worst experience ever at a restaurant. … so not recommended. … food took long to get out… it was not served together.. 2 of our guest didn’t even get there food… the worse part is one manager quotes one thing and then the owner said that she will not honor the quote and will not change her mind… what kind of customer service is that… u honor a price to a customer even if u take the lost for a pleasant customer experience. … this place was TERRIBLE. … please avoid going to this place!!!

Worst experience ever!!! We were there for brunch yesterday, ⁸⁄₁₀ and the service and management was horrible. We had a party of 25 ppl and everybody got their good and different times to the point that 2 orders never came in. We were also offered a price over the phone and they charged something different at the place and wouldn’t match it up. I don’t recommend it at all. Note the place looks really nice but everything else was very poor…

Wow how amazed I am by the great service was given by the staff very attentive and welcoming ! Awesome place and awesome prices I will definitely recommend this plAce to my family and friends the mango mojito pitcher and the yuca fries calamari and sliders were on point.

Very nice, intimate, good prices… perfect for dates or just lay back and enjoy couple of drink with Friends
