Have been a Dr. Feder customer for about a year and a half. He and his team are always professional, but often the visits seem rushed. I spent over two hours waiting for a five or ten minute appointment. Sorry but that is unacceptable. I will continue visting Dr. Feder but will make sure to have an appointment first thing in the morning or late in the day, as I shouldn’t have to take off a whole day to see my dentist.

Dr Feder a bit strange but nice. The very big problem is the tools he was going to use were RUSTED. They were in a sterilized bag– BUT i do not think they were sterilized/not closed as if they were. I did not even go any further. Got up and left. Who wants old rusted tools for a cleaning? Bad bad bad. I am posting quick on here that I got –zoom in and see the rust yourself!

I came here based on a friend’s recommendation, and it was quite an experience. I was kept waiting 2 hours before I saw the doctor. The cleaning was performed by Dr. Feder himself, and took an entire 3 minutes(despite not having had my teeth cleaned in over 2 years — and yes, he did miss some spots). He also accidentally hit a tooth that requires a major root canal — not once, but twice(I am still cringing from the pain…). The equipment and furniture was outdated by about 40 years. I require some major work — and I felt like the doctor overlooked a lot, was in a rush to get me out, and was very discouraging.
