Nine West

This store didn’t have a single other customer when I went in, and there were like 5 staff standing about gossipping and laughing. No greeting when I got through the door. When I asked for my size in something, it was promptly brought to me by one of the girls. Then she left me there with the shoes and went back to the group to continue chatting away. Very unprofessional. I did buy the shoes though, NW sure makes cute stuff!

Came here recently looking for a pair of shoes that I haven’t been able to find. The sales woman immediately greeted me without being overbearing and searched online for the shoes I was looking for because they didn’t carry them in the store. She was so friendly and despite our inability to locate the shoes in my size, I felt the need to post a review because of such a positive customer service experience! Makes me want to shop there again rather than ordering online.

I only shop when there is a good sale and the shoe is the higher quality boutique 9 line
I work so close that I can keep an eye on the prices
Very crowded during sales I recommend shopping off hours-​not during lunch or after 5
The morning is the best time

Please don’t shop at this store. I love nine west shoes, and I am a very loyal customer but I had a horrible experience at this store. They have maybe 3 people working there and out of the three only 1 of them is really working hard. The other two (I believe the manager and another guys) are just lazily walking around and pretending to do stuff. There were about 10 other people in the store and it took them about 20 minutes to bring me a shoe to try on. I wanted the shoe, but the only problem is that there was only one shoe in the box. They send someone down to find me the shoe and after about another 20 minutes I go to find out where my shoe is and they say «oh, I thought I already told you that I don’t have the shoe». Honestly, such a waste of my time and it totally put me off of nine west. My coworker said she had the same issues with the waiting.

I tend to favor this brand whenever I need any kind of shoe that’s not a sneaker. Nine West shoes always seem to fit my foot better than most other brands, are affordable, good looking, and break in well. I especially like that their shoes come with a rubberized sole. It makes it more comfortable and easier to walk around in. This particular store is small, but has a fair variety of shoes and sale items. I found the staff here to be very friendly and attentive. I was impressed by my experience here. When I visit their mall locations, the service is usually a sore point for me. I was glad to have salespersons who were efficient in bringing out my selections, and offered advice when I couldn’t decide on which shoe to buy. I will definitely be coming back here again.

I don’t shop this brand as much as I used to, but when I need a special kind of shoe (for going out, weddings, etc), I usually go for one of these pairs.
This store is close to my job in Midtown East and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I had such an enjoyable experience there and never felt like they were sick of my asking for so many shoes in different sizes. Maybe they’re good actors!

I’ve never actually shopped at this Nine West. but then again, I haven’t shopped at any Nine West in years. Their prices have gotten a little ridiculous for what they offer and that’s why I took off a star.
The staff here is actually very helpful and they don’t hound you or follow you around. The store is never too packed and they have a lot of shoes. And a sale section towards the back.
