service was great, attention great but not invasive. Prices were ok, wish i had a discount code or something. Selection was great for the small location. lots of traffic and pretty people walk in here.
1 year warranty on frames and since i keep breaking mines, this warranty better work.

Went to the store in Livermore, CA and they were just so helpful! The store manager told me to pop by anytime to get my glasses tightened. It’s nice to receive consistency and they certainly are focused on customer appreciation!

Solstice may be a national chain of sunglass shops, but unlike Sunglass Hut they manage to come off with the personality of an independent store.
The staff are super friendly and helpful and perhaps this is due to the non-​commission structure. Either way though they’re doing something right.
Mirrors with built in angled cameras and lcd screens that allow you to see what the glasses look like from the side without doing that awkward straining to the side is a definite plus.
Unlike the other places that have locked everything up to thwart thefts, they have all their sunglasses out on display without being locked up which makes the experience here far more shopper friendly.
Instead they have security. Smart.
