I’m not sure how such a poorly run place can even be open for business. I asked for a pick up which they did, but did not give me a ticket… I asked how they would know the laundry was mine when I called for delivery — oh, don’t worry — we will know. Well of course, they didn’t. I gave them the date of pick up, my phone number, apartment number — and they could not find the bag. I went down myself and found it in under a minute — cross them off the list — don’t bother.

How much does it cost to say, «Hi. I lost your giant neon blue bag so we packed everything in the other two as hard as Manhattan schist, plus those two high-priced adjustable silver bungees with the 4″ pressure slide features you helped me secure stuff to my delivery cart with, they somehow walked off, too.» The cost of not saying it is me: gone.

This place is ridiculous. Went to drop a bag of laundry on a Wednesday before 10am. They told me they couldn’t have it ready until Saturday! Next day, maybe even the following, but 3 days!!! A company shouldn’t be in laundry business with that kind of service

I used to come here 10 years ago and with a gas leak in my building, I am back here to do laundry. AWFUL!!! Prices are high, staff is incredibly unclean and rude, prices are way too high, and no same day service. A staff just decided to open the top where you put the detergent to clean it, while my clothes are in it. The lady staff person opened my wash door and then closed it, I lost my $, and she played dumb. Not worth a fight but OMG. This laundromat has gone way downhill, wish the place in 181 wasn’t too far.

Are they still in business? Because I went around 2:30pm today; the gate was pulled and there were no signs posted about hours. It’s a Monday, a prime dry-cleanin’ day! True, it IS the Veterans’ Day holiday, but EVERYOTHER business on that block was open.

These guys are great. They’re reasonable. They’re friendly. And they’re pretty darn quick. They fold everything nice and square, and offer a choice of detergent and the option of «oxy». And they’ve only lost(?) one piece of my clothing over 4 years(socks don’t count!). The only reason they’re not 5 stars is they don’t accept credit cards. They’ll also pickup/deliver, for a little extra, if you’re close by.

I love these guys. They do wash/dry/fold always in under 24 hours. I usually carry my bag down, but they will pick up and deliver at no charge as well. Very nice people too who run the place. Also to the poster above who declared our area«Hudson Heights», NO… it is Washington Heights. No matter what you call it you can’t change my neighborhood just because you think it sounds better. If you’re ashamed, move.

Great full service laundry and dry cleaner on 187th St in Hudson Heights. Drop off your laundry and they will promptly deliver it fluffed and folded to your apartment door(even if you live on the 5th floor of a walk-up!) by request. They can usually turn around the laundry within a few hours if they are not too busy. If you have special laundry detergent needs, give them the bottle and they will stash it there for you with your name on it. If you prefer to do your laundry yourself there are plenty of washers and dryers. They offer a drop-off dry cleaning service that I cannot complain about. All has been terrific with Launderiffic!
