Absolutely horrible service, walked in yesturday day to ask a question regarding my phone so I walked up to the first person I saw. I tried to get his attention, he was on his phone the whole time(the new guy) rest of the employees horrible service as well. Horrible employees

I visited the store in person to do some business. The people could not have been more friendly and efficient. They were most helpful. Very service oriented. Smart plus common sense. Cannot understand the negative reviews. I will go back. Their attitude inspires loyalty.

I was on hold for over 20 minutes. When I finally spoke to a store representative they rushed me off the phone and did not give world class service at all. I would prefer to speak to some off-shored foreign speaking sales representative than to go into the store an let these poorly trained employees benefit off of my purchases.

Worst customer service. The woman I dealt with today was a total moron. I wanted to buy a phone as a gift for my son, but she said it wasn’t possible for me to activate it at home. I’ve done it many times before. I will likely switch services.

I am a self proclaimed iPhone junkie and have been for years. It doesn’t matter to me that my phones constantly drop calls — I love them for the data plan and the apps. My boss on the other hand wasn’t as forgiving especially when I never answered his calls and he was paying for my phone bill each month. Enter my need for a cheap no frills phone only phone with a Sprint calling plan — the only service that works in the bowels of the midtown hotel I spent my days toiling in at the time. I had been working a block away from this location only a month earlier and remembered how easy it is to get to so I stopped by to see if they had a cheap option that could work for me. The store was empty at the time I stopped by and was again when I left 15 minutes later. Larry helped me out — I think that was his name though don’t quote me — and he matched me up with a Motorola PTT model that worked out perfectly for me. I wasn’t thrilled about having to carry two phones but Larry reminded me that the PTT model at least I gained the radio feature as well. The plan with minimum minutes was less than $ 60/mo and my boss was happy again. The store had plenty of options, it was laid out well, it was impeccably clean and Larry was helpful. It is conveniently located by several trains and close to Bloomies for shopping after you pick up your new phone. I have no complaints.
