I have never experienced better and positively effective customer service then when I went to switch over my phone plan at this T-Mobile location. My T-Mobile representative was Valdimir Volcin and he was absolutely the best. He understood the product(I-phone 6), phone plans/coverage, and created a new phone plan for me with great ease. I ultimately recommend going to this location of you need attentive, helpful, and organized service. Thanks Valdimir!

I have never had an excellent experience with a phone carrier until today. Clinton was charming, knowledgeable, engaging and solved every problem I had. T-mobile’s new program for converting customers from other carriers is brilliant and the customer service was impeccable!

611 customer service couldn’t help me over the phone so I came in to get my hotspot fixed on my iPhone 4S. I’m visiting New York but live in Southern California. These guys determined I was using an old SIM card(2G model SIM card) and so they swapped it out for me at no charge. They were also friendly, fun, and very helpful. If I could I’d clone them and make them work at all T-Mobile locations. Great work guys!

To Jaylyn, Silvio, James, Laura, Noe and Louis and Rose(I hope that is the whole team), You all are fantastic. This team is patient, thorough and very, important, knowledgeable. They provide the best customer service. I appreciate great, on point, common sense customer service. To other businesses– this is a winning combination if you want people to buy your products and stay loyal to your services! On my last visit, I purchased about $ 80 in accessories(thank you Louis) that I had not intended to spend. I am not an easy sell. Louis was committed to the products and made the experience a good one. I was also softened up by the previous visit with Jaylyn, who was so thorough; she made the long time spent in the store after a longer day at work, go by quickly and made the experience worth the time spent. All while she was training Noe, who promises to be a good associate! James and Silvio are veterans who have always assisted our rapidly growing start-up with all of our mobile phone services and products for over 2 years. This is the only place I will go in NYC for T-Mobile products and services.
