I’ve been coming here fairly-regularly for the past three-years, and my tolerance for the amount of negligence and inaccuracy has, officially, run out. All gone, no more, over. It seems they only hire young girls, and apparently the expendable cash endlessly flowing from those who prey upon these young girls more than makes up for the continual loss of repeat business from the rest of us who just want good food(which Ulysses has) & good service(which I have never ever received: an understatement). One after another after another, awful ignorant arrogant immature – but pretty – girl, again and again. Whenever something goes wrong, which is always, the girls keep disappearing, but nothing ever gets better, nothing ever changes, and I am so over all of it. There’s nothing for me here. Done, finished.

I walked in Manhattan on November, 26 and I saw attractive pub to have a quick drink. It was a quiet and historical street and very nice buiding. Tasted my first Guiness(8 $) in New York and I enjoyed it :) Was there for about 30 mins but I will return to Ulysses for sure with some of my friens next time. Cheers! Slàinte!

Saturday night«cover band» sounded like bad karaōke. Seriously, our group asked about karaōke and how to get the girl who tried her best to sing like Britney Spears to stop screaming into everyone’s ears. Maybe that’s harsh. I’m sorry, Britney-wannabe. I’m sure you sound great in your shower but piped ridiculously loud over a crowded bar? Mmm maybe don’t quit your day job.

Awesome breakfast place esp. for when you are hungover. It’s $ 25 all you can eat with a complimentary drink(mimosas, bloodmary, or guiness). I ordered the mimosas and they were probably the strongest I have ever tried. Not complaining. Some of my favorites were their baked salmon(perfectly seasoned and crispy), their mac&cheese, and the raw oysters from the seafood bar. I don’t eat meat so I didn’t get to try roast beef or chicken, but according to my friends, it wasn’t anything special. Their french toast was also very delicious. It was covered with powdered sugar and coconut flakes(you can really taste the coconut in this) but it was pretty solid. I think this place is a hidden gem, but I only wish the service was a little better. I’ll definitely be back for brunch

On the infamous Stone Street is where you’ll find this place. This is one of the many spots on Stone that is populated with every 20 – 30 something person that works in the Financial District. Everyone is packed in like sardines just to grab a seat outside. Its high energy yes but nothing that special if you ask me. No matter what restaurant your at on Stone street you’ll just feel like its just one big outdoor restaurant because all of the picnic tables are packed together back to back. I tried the fried calamari and the buffalo wings here at Ulysses. They were both really good, Calamari was crispy and the wings were juicy. I was pleasantly surprised. They offer beer towers as well so if your looking to throw a couple of beers back with co workers this would definitely be the better financial decision. Anyhow I think hitting up the infamous Stone street is a must do but not a place I’d like to come to often!
