They are cheap but ruined five of my shirts before I wised up

They are cheap and take credit cards, but they were often unable to remove the stains from my clothes. However, when I tried myself, the stains came out. I think this speaks to a pretty crappy job on their side.

I used this cleaners for a long time and they were ok and inexpensive. However, after four shirts never showed up at my building, they did almost nothing to help resolve the situation. When I went back in a second time to discuss this issue, they started yelling at me that it wasn’t their responsibility. That’s no way to treat your long time customers.

I came back to get a different pant leg re-​hemmed, and I was told it would be $ 8!
I found a place around the corner that would do it for $ 6.
Not coming back — obviously too expensive.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHING HERE. After I picked up my coat, I noticed that it was still dirty, if not actually dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. It smelled dry cleaned, but it looked like someone made a poor attempt of lifting the dirt and lint with scotch tape! Waste of money, horrible service. Never going back!

Don’t take your clothes here! They lost one of my sweaters and tried to charge me for it anyway, then absolutely ruined my favorite pants by covering them with weird cleaning residue stains. When I took them back to ask what happened, they told me it must be my fault because «dry cleaning only removes stains, not put them in». Now I’m in search of a new cleaner, and a new pair of pants.
