I visit Newport Beach every summer and everytime I go to this Marmi. They have a great selection and great prices this time of year because of their summer sale. This time I went I had truly exceptional service from Quy Hoang. He assisted me and my Mom and was so accommodating, never pushy and truly wanted our shoes to fit and for us to leave happy, which we did!

I honestly can’t imagine better customer service. Each visit is like shoe shopping with good friends. As someone who just turned 30, this store definitely has something for everyone. My size 10.5 foot has never looked so good!

Terrible policy. I bought shoes, they had to be shipped to me, paid cash. When they arrived I didn’t like them, I returned them. They wouldn’t give me back my money, referring to small print on the back of the receipt. If the manager who was present when I bought them had explained to me their policy I would have given them a card. Their corporate office had to send me my money, which is just plain wrong. So now they have my shoes and my money. I will never go into that store again, I will stick with shopping at Nordstroms for shoes, their customer service and the desire to please the customer can’t be beat.

My mother has 2 pairs of shoes from this store. I have none, because the age range I’d say for Marmi is about 40 & up. Very mature shoes. They look beautiful on my mother, though.
I have been in here with her twice, and I know there is only one review, so here I am! We have only experienced great service here. I walked in today and received compliments on my shoes by the saleswomen. The young man helping my mother find the right pair of flats was extremely helpful — he even used leather softener on a pair of flats she had been mulling over to make them more comfortable for her.
Huge selection! Pretty high-​end, but doable if you need a nice pair of shoes. As a 19-​year old, there is very little appeal here for my age range and style, so beware of that.

I wish I could give this place negative stars, because this is what they deserve. The sales people here are pushy, snobby, rude, and unethical. They seem to think that they are on the same level with Gucci, Armani, and other high end luxury brands… but they are far from it. Furthermore, their «100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy» is totally bogus. They will NOT REFUND your purchase even if the product is defective. Save your money and time, avoid this place at all costs.
