love that they have sophisticated options that are casual and dressy. I can literally buy day to day workout wear, and a nice evening dress all in one store. love this, high quality, thank you.

Came to the store after lunch with my daughter at Tommy Bahamas. We did not know what to expect but were able to walk out with a few cute outfits. She’s 20 but I’m a bit older…
Diane helped put together perfect outfits for both of our styles. We will be coming back!

Hmmmm… I am surprised at the reviews. Years ago I spent alot of money shopping at Mi Place at the Laguna Niguel location. I had exceptional service, loved the owner Mary (the term Mi) is from the 2 owners Mary and Irene. My go-​to lady there was Nancy and she was top notch. The quality of clothes, designers and service was always stellar. Now that I live in Newport Beach my wallet is not as loaded but I do enjoy stopping in and seem to always find something that is unique. The quality is still a huge part of what this store has to offer. I am so sick of cheap thin fabrics, poor workmanship and low standards that I find everywhere. It is so refreshing to purchase an item that will last forever. I have so many great pieces that I have purchased here from many moons ago and they still are beautiful. I love that a great selection of their designers and pieces come from New York and the standards of Mi Place has not been compromised. Although I can not shop here often they have wonderful sales, gorgeous pieces and tasteful, well made items.

I would NEVER shop here again, out of general principal. I found a dress in the shop that’s also currently at Anthropolgie. Her price was $ 50 more expensive. I showed her on the iPhone, the exact dress and price and asked to meet me in the middle. The owner looked me in the eye and said that she is «not allowed» to give any discounts. Understanding retail mark up, I said, I’m sure you have quite the margin on the $ 250 dress. She then said she’d «throw in» the tailoring, which is cutting with scissors the bottom of the $ 178 tee shirt. Oh boy, Free scissor cutting. To your face, blows smoke up your A**, greedy and rude. Out of principal, I would never walk in there again. Also, their invoices are dinky little hand written receipts. The store Sienna Brown, two doors down blows this shop out the door with the same brands.

Almost one month later and the jacket that they demanded I pay in full before they would order it STILL has not come. They said one week, it’s been like 4. I went in today because I never received any updates. When I get there they say that they buyer is in NYC right NOW and it will be there soon. Ummm, no. Just credit my card. They did. When one of the sales people told me that she never asked for full payment, I said «you are right, the customer is always wrong». She said, «Yes.» Whatever. In this economy ladies, service has to be top notch or you lose. Take a look around in your center. It’s half empty for a reason.
