Sookie (suki), the hairstylist needs to go back to training. Yesterday I called to verify my hair appointment with my stylist, just so happens sookie answered the phone. I told her I’m calling to verify my 7:00 appointment with my stylist and I gave her my name, she told me my stylist was off that day. Then I told her that doesn’t make since, I made the appointment last week., she told me that my stylist worked Thursday but she was booked, but I could come in on Friday. So I made an appointment for Friday morning. So at 7:30 I get a call from my stylist asking? Are you still coming to get your hair done, I told her that sookie said you were off and she didn’t see where I had an appointment and Friday was your next available opening. My stylist told me to come on and she will start my hair. So, as I finally got to my appointment, guess who I see! Sookie! My stylist told her she gave me the wrong information, not one time did sookie apologize for the big mistake she made. I decided to write this review and my next step is to call corporate. Hopefully she will learn from her mistake.

Finding things is way difficult. not sure why they set it up the way they did… most staff was very friendly though… So that’s always nice.
Store was clean.
Most things are way over priced though. If I didn’t have coupons ($ 10 off $ 10 or $ 10 off $ 25)(retailmenot) I most likely wouldn’t shop there.

I was not impressed when I came into this location for a shopping visit. My husband and I entered the store walking by multiple associates with no acknowledgement. Visibly I’m lost and no one comes up to ask if I want help. Finally I’m frustrated with trying to find the maternity clothing section, and I ask a passing by associate. Sadly they don’t have a section in store, but they do online… I don’t know about you, but online shopping for items I have never tried on is not appeasing to me… I will give the lady credit, she was helpful with information about ordering online and their return policy. But ultimately I left empty handed and disappointed in my once favorite store.
