I guess if you want to spend a lot of $$ and get a small meal when you’re not really that hungry, this is definitely the place for you! Portions are pitiful. Be prepared to spend over $ 20 on yourself if you actually want a full meal that will satisfy your appetite. Not saying $ 20 is a lot. At a restaurant I’m sure you would spend much more on yourself. But when you’re getting glorified fast food, it’s not worth it. A $ 9 – 10 sandwich with barely any meat and a $ 5 drink just doesn’t do it for me.

The food here is always good! There is often very little wait time, and the customer service is always very friendly and helpful! I LOVE their broccoli and cheese soups! Today I ordered their Fugi apple salad(without the chicken — which they happily obliged), a broccoli and cheese soup, potato chips, and a brownie… everything was delicious!

Sure, the quality is there at Panera in general but the prices are reflective of the trendiness of this place. They didn’t invent bread after all, so a lot of it is clever marketing and jacked up prices. If the food was unbelievable I’d give them more slack, but it’s good, maybe even darn good, but not Earth-shattering. We tried some Panera soups to take home. Specifically the clam chowder and lobster bisque. Absolutely tasteless. Seriously, I don’t know how such rich-types of soups can taste like nothing. Never again, at least not the take home items.

I don’t understand the semi-decent reviews of this particular Panera. I came in at 8:20pm on a Wednesday and placed a soup and sandwich order. At 8:40pm, was still waiting. They finally finished my order(incorrectly) and I had a hassle to get them to re-make my sandwich properly. I may have thought it was a one-off situation except that my sister’s separate order was also wrong, along with another customer’s order that was placed after ours. I was disappointed. The employees seem more interested in socializing and eating cupcakes/sweets to pay attention to their jobs. I normally love Panera, but 3 wrong orders in a row??? When they literally have each menu item spelled out on the receipt? That’s pretty unacceptable.

What a great Panera! Easy parking. Large outside seating area with clean nice tables and umbrellas. Nice inside seating area as well. Super strong and effective wifi. And a drive thru! I did not know Paneras had those but this one does. And it was doing brisk business. I popped in for a loaf of bread, I can hear the groans. But they sell good bread for much more reasonable prices than Wegmans or Elm Street etc. and the bread is made daily and is very good. I won’t make a trip out here for Paneras but I’ll stop in again if passing by.

+ tasty chicken soup, yummy Cobb salad — lots of items were out of stock Went here yesterday at 4:00pm. Place wasn’t that busy. Cashier girl was okay. Folks ahead of us wanted a salad with shrimp and they were told no shrimp. I went to order a Cobb salad but they were out of the Cobb salad dressing. I chose the apple dressing. She then said they had no whole wheat or white baguette and no chips. Oh brother, what did they have? I went with the dinner roll. My friend ordered the chicken Caesar salad. We both ordered the chicken soup in a bread bowl. We received our pager and got our drinks. Pager went off within 10 minutes. Both entrees were presented well. Soup was good, salad prepared well. Sitting area is a decent size. Wifi was a little slow, limited to 1 Mbps. I like this place but they obviously need to do a better job keeping things in stock.

I would much rather go to a local great sandwich shop or coffee shop so Panera isn’t my favorite. But, it seems like around Niagara Falls good local coffee shops you can just sit at for hours and do work are hard to come by. So Panera is always a next best go to. This is the smallest Panera I have ever been to. I went in just for a coffee and the employee just gave me a free coffee and said, «Merry Christmas»! I can’t remember the last time that happened at a chain place like Panera.

3.5÷5 A very nice place to get good food for a fair price. Casual in nature, its perfect for a stop after shopping, a place to study etc. Nothing great about panera, nothing terrible. I’d go to this location again.

Panera is one chain that I just adore. I love their free wi-fi, I love their huge menu that has something for everyone, I love their seasonal dishes, their baked goods, their iced tea varieties. It’s just a feel good chain that really knows how to please the customer. This particular Panera has a very efficient drive-thru. Wish they all had this feature!!! After shopping a bit at the Outlets, right down the street, my Mom and I were parched and were in need of a cold beverage and a snack. We drove through the drive-thru and actually got our order faster than we would have had we gone in. Just 2 drinks and 2 baked goods(the chocolate croissants are my FAVORITE!!!) and we drove away happy. I’m so glad there’s a Panera by the Outlets now. No wonder those Canadians love the States!

Pretty typical Panera location however this one has a drive thru which is a bonus. As per usual they offer free WiFi and a cozy environment. Soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries… this is Panera. Make sure to sign up for their rewards card. They give you freebies for your birthday and throughout the year as well as discounts on their menu items.

One morning after doing an airport I wanted a good breakfast and to avoid the fast food places so I remembered Panera that just opened. The place looks great with a pleasant design, nice tables and fireplaces. Very cozy. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and headed over to the prep area as I waited. From there you see how your food is prepared. Bagel cut in half, stuffed with a microwaved egg and a slice or cheese then pressed in a panini press. So seasoning, no butter, no sauce. The end result was a bland sandwich. I could have had better results at Tim Hortons or a fast food chain. I’ll probably return as I’ve heard good thing about their soups and the place is nice and clean.

Woo Panera bread finally made it to Niagara Falls, NY. And it actually gathered a decent crowd inside. Being a food chain there is nothing in particular that makes this place to stand out from the rest of its twins. Though I like a hidden spot on the back of Panera right by the window with a cozy fireplace, so perfect during long Buffalo winters. Staff is very helpful, it seems like they are trying to educate their customers how to get around café assuming most of the visitors have never been in Panera before. It’s not the same warm fuzzy feeling that you’ll get from the local shop, but I still appreciate the effort. Don’t forget to mention, this Panera has a drive though! Wait, what? Yep yep, they must have real ninjas working on drive through kitchen since it usually takes them 5 – 7 mins to prepare food for regular customers. Anyway hooray for Panera — first decent coffee shop in Niagara Falls!
