I used this company because a circuit breaker would not reset. They spent 2 hours 10 minutes changing wall outlets, 7 to be exact. 5GAF outlets. Labor $ 575.00, parts over $ 800.00. If you call this place you better be ready to spend a lot of money. No checks by the way. Cash or credit cards only. While they go thru the service, no one tells you how much a replacement outlet costs. You find out when you are given the bill. OUCH ! NEVERAGAIN ! My recommendation is keep looking.

These guys charged nearly $ 700 to put in two garage lights. They were here less than 2 hours(80 a hour) So that meant there was nearly $ 550 in electrical parts. Really? Really? It wasn’t until they handed us the bill & I saw what they charged for parts that I realized how much mark up they had put into the bill. They also lied to get the business as we said we had a lamp post that needed to be removed. They said they would take out a lamp post but upon arrival said«we don’t do that.» They marked up every part they installed so high it was a travesty. They would not give us a even high low quote. BUYERBEWARE. Also can’t pay by check. Cash & credit card only.

This company has the idea that they can charge whatever they wish. Enough, I agree to a certain % more but to have prices that exceed 300% or more than the actual material that you can buy at home depot. It goes too far. They did not tell me in advance how much they would charge for the material extra, plus they did not tell me about the Service charge. Also if you think you have a job over $ 500(very easy with this company) they need to give you a brochure“Home repair“know your Consumer Rights” and you should sign it and they too. Furthermore do not have them go around your house figuring where they can change outlets or connectors at your panel. Sorry, but this company is way to expensive!!! Slow workers too.

DONOTHIRE!!! WILLCHARGEMORETHANQUOTED!!! I would give no stars if possible. I was called by A-Plus w hen I requested a quote/appt. When I asked about their price I was told about the hrly rate plus material costs, no srvc charge was mentioned which is the reason I decided to go w /them, and scheduled work to be done that day. During repair I was asked if I w anted a new switch but never told price, thinking they are no more than $ 10-$ 15, I said yes. When finished and on may way out of the house for work, I was handed the bill in which I noticed the well overcharged price of the switch and commented on it in which I was told to contact the billing dept, I was charged $ 48.99. The next evening I noticed that there was pieces of wire that had been cut and drywall mess in multiple places, they did not clean up and my dogs found some of those pieces and were chewing on them, thank god they did not eat anything. When I looked on the bill for the phone number I noticed there was a $ 48 srvc charge added, which was never mentioned nor fulfilled. I contacted the number and was told by a women she would fwd the info to the proper dept. and I would rcv a call back. After not rcvg a call all w eek, I called back and was told same thing. Again, no call back. I called again and finally rcvd a call back from a restricted number. The man on the phone was the same man I spoke with on the initial call. When I told him the issue he said that he told me originally there was a srvc charge and that is what everyone does. I explained again that it was never told to me originally and he again said«No I told you about it». I also mentioned the mess that was left and he said that it is not true and they always clean up and he shrugged it off citing, «I don’t believe w hat you say». I mentioned the dogs and there was no response. I said I would like the srvc charge refunded and either a lesser charge for the switch or a return. I was told specifically that by this man that«A-PLUS ELECTRICDOESNOTTAKERETURNSORGIVEREFUNDSFORANYREASON!!» Clearly some false advertisement and deceptive sales practice and a complete disregard for any type of customer service. They purposely do not disclose any srvc charge information until work is completed, almost obligating the customer to pay. Gross overcharge of some material with nocattempt to disclose price again is another indication of their deceitful practices. The blatant disregard for customer srvc and gross failure to return billing inquiries from customers is another method used to deceive customers out of money hoping they forget about the issue and do not continue calling.

This company is deceptive, and does not give accurate estimates. To have four outlets converted to GFCI, I was told it would be $ 48 per outlet. Period. I also needed some small exteriors wires covered with a box. Both jobs should have been relatively inexpensive, one-man jobs, that could be finished within an hour or so. For some reason, there were two men working on this job, and it took them twice as long. When I got the bill, I was shocked to see that it totaled over $ 1000. They did not inform me that THEYCHARGE $ 175PERHOURFORLABOR, PERMAN. I will not be using A+ again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
