Best customer service I’ve had in a while! Everyone was so helpful and eager to do their job. They had everything fully stocked even when the whole place was packed full of people. Didn’t fall short in any areas. 10 out of 10 recommend! We almost didn’t come because of the reviews but I’m glad we did, because they were totally wrong! Great experience and will be back.

The service was decent, but since it was a buffet there wasn’t much if any. The place was absolutely gross, dirty tables, all of the dishes were crusted in old food and the food was undercooked and seemed like it sat out for a while. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It was okay had to wait because they behind on cooking the pizzas for the buffet. The lady cleaning tables was nice kept coming around to take the dirty plates away. Pleasant visit they do have a military discount where you get a free drink

Disgusting. Beyond disgusting. Handed me a cup and it had a big chunk of who knows what in it. Next cup, again. Tables were all filthy. Whether you’re religious or not, most people do not listen to gospel. Pizza was so-​so tasting but mildy warm to flat out cold and it was fairly busy (why, I don’t know) so you’d think the pizza would be hot and fresh if they have to keep bringing out new pizzas. Plates were all hot which you don’t want for salad. These people don’t think or care which is a pretty big reflection of management.

There was plenty of pizza, service was okay, the restaurant was fairly clean, and the bathrooms needed some attention. Biggest drawback for me is that I had to listen to Christian worship music blasting the whole time. I didn’t realize that picking this pizza place required belonging to a particular religion. Watch out for the anti-​abortion petitions!

Every time we go there the service is horrible, there is never enough pizza and what is on the buffet line has clearly been there for quite some time. My husband and I are big cicis fans but this particular restaurant gives the chain a bad name.

No. This place was FILTHY! Every table was full of dishes at 9pm, and the clean ones weren’t clean. The table next to us had a long string of toilet paper on it. The man bussing the tables came over and threw a dirty paper towel on our plate before we had even finished getting off of our chair, then asked us to come back and see them. He helped assure us that we won’t. The food, as always, was sub-​par, but we expected that. We did NOT expect extreme filth.

Never again! My wife and I wanted something quick and had good luck with Cici’s in other locations. Unfortunately our luck ran out… It took us 5 – 10 minutes for someone to notice we were even in the restaurant. Finally the manager came to the register and seemed dismissive when we told him how long we had waited. The food was cold and had been sitting out for a while. The service all but ignored the customers. Just not a good experience at all!

Decent pizza in various flavors. For the price of all you can eat pizza, a definite spot to go to if you’re hungry.
