These folks consistently provide the worse service of any Pizza establishment in Hampton Roads that I have been to. On this last Friday, 1/29, I attempted to order a Medium Pan Pizza, ½ Supreme, ½ Pepperoni for pickup. The first 2 attempts to call, resulted in a pickup/hangup. The 3rd time, it went to the Call Center instead of the store. The order taker asked for my number, then my name, and then what store I was going to pick up from. He couldn’t seem to identify the store, so I thanked him and hung up. I retried and finally reached the actual store. I was told it was supposed to be 45 minutes, but would likely be ready in 35. 35 minutes later, I go to the store and it was more crowded than I had ever seen it; probably 20 or so people standing around. I only had to wait for one person at the counter though, as everyone was waiting on their orders. I saw my order on the status screen showing ready and told the employee my name, and order # showing on the screen. She turned around and started searching the cabinets for my pizza, although she did not appear to check all the shelves. She then went around the back side of the kitchen, and came around with some other items in her hand, put them on a shelf, and then accomplished some other tasks. She finally came back to me after 3 or 4 minutes and told me she couldn’t find my order and that I would need to reorder it. She did state that it would be no charge, but it would be another 30 minutes before it would be ready. I told her no thanks, I need to eat now, so I left. The last time I attempted to order from this location, I ordered 5 pizzas for birthday party, and ordered them 2 hours early with a 7pm pickup time. When I arrived the pizzas were not ready, but they took my payment, and I sat down to wait. After about 10 minutes, I noticed that the estimated time on the screen kept changing from 5 – 10 minutes and back again. I finally re-approached the counter and asked what was happening. The clerk finally tells me that they have no pepperoni and they’re trying to locate some from other stores. They had no actual estimate on how long this would take, since they still had not found any yet. Needless to say, I was astonished at this revelation. I canceled my order and got my money back and went to Little Caesers Pizza to feed the 15 people waiting at my house for pizza.

I wish I could leave no stars. We moved to norfolk last year and we love Pizza Hut, the first time we ordered from this location they told us hour and half till it was ready. We waited even though we thought that was long. A month later we ordered again and they said 3 hrs. We canceled and never ordered Pizza Hut on the weekend again because the wait was always 2+ hours. Last night we ordered, they said two hours, I called and asked if we could change it to pick up instead of delivery and they said yes, it’ll be ready in 30 min and they didn’t have the crust we ordered so it would all be thin, ok fine. We went to pick it up 30 minutes late, not ready, hour goes by, not ready. In the process of waiting we witnessed them pick up a ringing phone and then hang up without saying a word to the customer. They did this several times. They even told customers to go to dominos. We finally got our pizza, they told us they were giving it to us for free and charged us anyway. They weren’t even thin crust. Like they claimed that’s all they had left. I don’t know who runs this location but they need some serious work. We won’t be returning to them.

I’m glad I didn’t read these reviews before I started ordering from here. I always pickup my order from here, mainly on Wings Wednesday. I have had 2 experiences where I could have blasted them, but they took care of the problem both times. I always order the honey BBQ bone out wings(never ordered the pizza from this location) and occasionally the cheese sticks. On one occasion, they overcooked the breadsticks, but had another order cooking when I arrived. For my wait, they took $ 2 off my order. I didn’t ask for one, but they were in the wrong and did right by me. The second issue was I ordered honey BBQ and they mixed up the order, delivering my BBQ to some unsuspecting soul and had buffalo wings for me. Again, they caught the problem(after I paid this time) and offered to make me a fresh batch. Since I was on lunch, I just had them drench what they had in the BBQ sauce and give me that. They did give me a free order on my next visit. I can’t do 4 stars because there have been a few times that I walked in expecting my order to be ready, but either my food wasn’t ready, or nobody was up front to greet me. Other than that(and the two issues that they immediately addressed and corrected) I have no issues. I just know now not to order delivery. LOL

Seems like I’m in good company here with thinking this particular Pizza Hut is just awful. My advice: only order from here if you want half your order, cooked improperly, two to four hours late, and cold. Who cares if they give me my money back? I don’t mind paying for what I order.

While I used to love ordering from this Pizza Hut location, the last three times that I have placed orders from them were disastrous. The first bad experience that I had at this location happened a month or so ago. I had ordered stuffed crust pizza and wings. The pizza that I received was hand-tossed, but my family had already started eating it, so I let it slide. The second horrible experience happened a couple of weeks ago. I had ordered wings and pizza and they took over two hours to arrive, despite the fact that my house is a mere 10 minutes away from the store. I called their customer service line at least twice and spoke to two very helpful associates who told me that the store was very behind. They gave me a code to get my money back for my order and after what seemed like an eternity, my food arrived. When the food arrived, I gave the delivery carrier the code that I had received and a couple of days later, the charges were dropped from my credit card. The most recent experience that I had was earlier tonight. I got off of work at around 6:30 today and arrived at my house at around 6:45 or so. I ordered 16 breaded bone-in Honey BBQ wings via their Android app(I usually order via the app or online). When I placed the order, I was told that it should be delivered in 50 minutes. If my memory serves me correctly, the order did arrive prior to the estimated delivery time. I was highly pleased and gave the delivery carrier a tip. I let the food sit for a while before eating it because I was busy talking to my family, and when I opened the box, I was highly displeased to learn that they had given me traditional bone-in wings. I’m pretty easy-going about people making errors, but not when it comes to my food, so I planned to either take the wings back and request what I actually ordered, or call the customer service line and have them direct me. Before I did anything, I wanted to check and make sure I didn’t make an error myself. I looked at my receipt to make sure it said«Breaded bone-in Honey BBQ wings,» but all it said was«Bone-in Honey BBQ wings.» I then decided to check the app that I ordered through, and it said the same thing. I thought it was strange, so I logged in online as well. I was pretty much triple-checking to make sure I actually ordered the breaded wings before I went in there and made a fool of myself demanding them. I then thought it’d be a good idea to check earlier orders that I knew were correct to see if «breaded» was anywhere in the item description(because whenever I order wings from Pizza Hut, they are always breaded). I didn’t see it there either, thus leading me to believe that I may very well have ordered the proper item, and that it was Pizza Hut’s error. I looked up the customer service number, called them, and explained what happened. Unfortunately I called the«feedback» line(which wasn’t quite what I was looking for), but the representative that I spoke to empathized with me and noted my address so he could send me a coupon for a free pizza. He also asked if I’d like to file a complaint. I told him that I would like to since I was already on the line. I really wanted to speak to the people that I talked to last time(when my food took two hours to be delivered), but I couldn’t find the number. I don’t know if they have some sort of call center, but I really wish I had jotted that number down. Anyway, he gave me the number for the store that I had ordered from, and I spoke to a gentleman who told me that my food would be prepared again within 15 minutes or so and then delivered. While I knew it wouldn’t be delivered in 15 minutes, I didn’t expect to wait another hour. I called them back to check on the order and I was told that the wings had been sent out already. I waited another 20 minutes and then called back only to be put on hold before being hung up on. I decided to go there with the old wings they had given me(I hadn’t even touched them because I didn’t want them and I was just over the entire experience). I talk a big game and I was absolutely livid on my way there, but the customer service representative in me wouldn’t allow me to go in there and yell or be nasty towards their employees. Still, I went to the store, explained what happened, and they made more wings for me pretty quickly. I checked the wings in my car to make sure they were breaded(which they were), and went home. I left the Pizza Hut parking lot at around 9:20. That’s absolutely ridiculous considering the fact that I ordered at nearly 7 and they were supposed to be delivered. What happened to the«new» batch that was supposed to be delivered to me? We’ll never know because I wasn’t waiting around to find out. I would say that I’m never visiting this location ever again, but I’d be lying if I did. However, I will most likely avoid using the«delivery» option, and I’m going to check my food prior to leaving the store.

I love the wings normally at pizza hut. But ive had 3 bad experiences here in a row. The wings have no sauce on them or they take 2 hours to get on a tuesday. Ill be going to calz until they fix this.

The worst pizza hut around. i would rather go find another place then ever order from this place again. Take forever to deliver and food is mediocre. This time they forgot half my order, driver claims they will fix it and come back… she never did wt! I call and get just 20 bucks of credit because they said it would take 2+ hours to come out here. Ridiculous!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. This was THE worst. We ordered at 5:23pm, it’s now 8:14pm and our pizza was JUST delivered. We called an hour and a half into the wait and they said it shouldn’t be too much longer. The food finally gets here and it’s not even the entire order. The pizza is cold and tastes like cardboard heated up in a microwave. We will never order from there again. Plain and simple. I would advise whoever is reading this to keep looking for some place else to get their food from. Try Dominio’s or Andy’s.

I wish I could put less than one star. My order said it would be here at 12:18 I called at 12:25 spoke to someone at the call center said it was on its way. It finally came at 12:36 I was like cool I understand I work in the industry. The guy didn’t smile say hi or sorry nothing. I opened the box it was completely smashed to one side and room temperature. I called the store the manager argued with me saying I must have called the wrong store she doesn’t have any late deliveries. I continued to tell her I already spoke to someone at the call center and it was late. She continued to argue and then proceeded to talk over me asking what I wanted her to do? I didn’t want another one if that’s how the manager acts who knows what she might do to it. Last time I ordered it looked like a three year old cut it and the time before it was undercooked. I’ll never order from here again I’ll drive all the way to papa johns.

What a joke! I’ve ordered here a few times and every time it’s a completely different pizza even though I ordered the same thing every time. Don’t bother telling them what kind of crust style you want because you’re going to get whatever they decide. Speedy delivery? Nope! Last time was 1hr and 45 mins.

There are very limited times that I would write a bad review. I have ordered from here many time and usually early in the afternoon, knowing that my food would take well over and hour to get to my house, which is only a half mile away. I think this pizza hut needs to revamp or get employees that care a little more about their job than these people. It is just ridiculous.

Ordered a pizza and was told it would take 20 min. Which is fine but I did not know I would have to wait an additional 25 min in a 2 person line to pick it up. I watched my pizza sit cold. Out of the eight people I counted in the back someone could have assisted the casher. As the line grew other customers complained about placing orders in store and coming back to «we’ve lost your order». I’ve came to this location twice before writing a review. Each experience was equally disappointing.
