Like everyone else reviewing, this was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I was picking my husband up from work & decided to do drive-thru. She asked me what I wanted in the most uninterested tone I have ever heard anyone say on that thing & whole paying & giving food out deal was absolutely horrible. It was like she was being forced against her will to work there & shows no interest in her job whatsoever.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. I can’t believe I’m actually reviewing a McDonalds, but this was so bad I have to. This was also the first time I actually bothered to keep the receipt and fill out the survey. I have to agree with the other poster who said this was a sad excuse for a franchise. I went during lunch and it was busy, not entirely unexpected. That wasn’t the problem. What was the problem was how they were operating. It took over 30 min to get my food. And they didn’t even get it right. One chief there timed his at 35 min. What was causing this? How they were tracking orders. One person called out the order itself while the manager was trying to use numbers. No one was marking things off as served so multiple times the same order was served up with no one after a certain number getting their food because they thought they were still stuck 30+ orders back. This took about 20 min before I’d had enough and just stepped in and yelled at the manager to show her what they were doing wrong and how to fix it. Even then it took another 12 min or so to get my food. I also agree that the employees seemed annoyed that there were customers. There was no customer service and absolutely no professionalism, especially from the manager. I told her and filled out the online feedback survey that I’d seen fast food places run more efficiently by high school kids. I know because I did that for a while. This was beyond pathetic and should have been professionally embarrassing. Instead she just shrugged it off and went back to fulfilling an order that had been picked up 10 min ago.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been in. This place hasn’t changed in over 15 years. Dingy, dirty, down right disgusting! I walked in here for a quick breakfast at 0730 since I was an hour early on base. No one here which doesn’t surprise me since everyone on the base is probably at work. The service was quick, maybe a little too quick. The sandwich felt greasier than most other McDonald’s. Only ate half of it. My hash brown was horrible. Wasn’t burnt, but def over cooked. Also, tasted like the oil that it was cooked in hasn’t been changed in weeks. The restaurant is so filthy. There are French fries and pickles on the floor from the previous night as well as dirty napkins and straw wrappers. There is so much dirt and footprints on the floor. Tables feel dirty too. I’ll be stationed on one of the ships here soon, but I def WILLNOT stop at this place ever again. All hands… stay away!!!

About what you’d expect from a McDonald’s. Used the drive through obviously. They’re a little stingy with the pickles and mustard. Gave me a lot of cheese though, so that’s a plus. Didn’t give us ketchup for our two large fries. Didn’t ask if we wanted any.

Well… people who work here seem to get angry when you arrive and have the nerve to order food. In other words the employees want to be paid for not working, and customers are a burden. The manager has lost control due to the lack of professionalism and efficiency. The food is not worthy of the McDonald’s standard and they should be fined for even pretending to be a part of the franchise. The worst McDonald’s I have ever been too.

Yes, I am reviewing a McDonald’s. Only because I am inspired by just how disappointed I was with my experience. I have eaten Mickey D’s a million times just like everyone else, so when I feel moved enough to actually review it must be really good or really bad… this was the latter.
