Almost your everyday average Starbucks. For some reason there were alot of employees behind the counter. I assumed there may have been new employees being trained but all four were just standing grouped up at the registers. I was undecided on what I wanted and asked for a recommendation. One of the four spoke up, so I assumed that was the senior person. The cashier stopped leaning on the register and rang me up. The caramel macciato hit the spot. I walked by later and noticed two people standing off to the side in the back in regular clothes. Maybe they worked there and were just off, but seemed pretty unprofessional to just be hanging out there. Plenty of room for improvement for this location.

Always had good service here, and never a wrong order! They don’t stand out as the best most friendly Starbucks ever, but they get the job done. It does suck that they don’t take any special Starbucks card reward deals though. It’s a little noisy but not bad, music is at a good level, and there’s plenty of seating for such a small space. Nice pit stop when you’re doing your nex shopping!

This location at the NEX is great! The employees have smiling faces and they always say hello. Even though they don’t have a full menu, everything else especially their cheesecake brownie is amazing!

The employees are rude and nasty. Would’ve been nice to have someone smile after I spent lots of money here. The drinks were bad, too. We ordered the new Smores Frapps and they were watered down, and full of ice.

Not a corporate location! So they have a limited menu, very little specials or promotions going on. They do accept giftcards but do not do rewards or take Starbucks coupons– just a little heads up! Convenient location though.

It is what it is, is more of a convenience than anything else. The downfall of this is that they don’t offer a full menu, the lines get crowed too fast. The majority of the time i been there the barista have been off on my coffees. Quite sad really, to top it off they don’t do Starbucks rewards there. If you just got to town and don’t know where a real Starbucks is, this would be your quick fix. Definitely needs improvement.

A brilliant idea from the NEX. A Starbucks at the worlds largest NEX. It’s open earlier than the rest of the store to provide caffeine to Sailors early in the morning.

Starbucks is a mainstay chain now and can be impersonal at times as well as too wrapped up in social politics rather than focusing on the business of coffee. But hey, there needs to be a place other than cell phone kiosks to compete for employing all those that seem to favor using hubcaps in their ears instead of on their cars. Caramel ribbon crunch… but expensive. Pretentious; the clerks and baristas are eager to correct you for not following the sacred lingo of your coffee order. For us that just want a straight cup of joe, it seems out of place in these cookie cutter cafes.

I like the service here and the location. The baristas are awesome and the drink they made us were great. No complaints.

Typical starbucks located inside the BX. Service can be hit or miss, however I’ve never had a problem with my beverage and cookie selections. If you’re looking for the ambiance and coziness of other Starbucks, you will not get that feeling here.

It’s a Starbucks, what else can be said, it’s just like every other one in my opinion

Stood there looking at the workers chit chatting with each other. One worker just kept making her own drink while another made his own but no one said anything to me. Granted I was there for 30 seconds but to me, that is more than enough time to acknowledge a patron, stop making your own drinks and attend to a customer. They looked up at me a few times but no one said anything. Poor customer service. Disappointed.

Located in the Navy Exchange(world’s largest?), this Starbucks gets away with a lot. The coffee was standard fare, but the comfy chairs were soiled to the point of shiny. Other than feeding the addiction for overpriced average coffee while you go about your business in the Navy Exchange or Commissary, there are other Starbucks that will suck your money away with arguably better atmosphere. Try a local, non-chain coffee shop instead!
