Jack In The Box

I went there today to pick up food for my grandma on the way to antelope. She loves chicken sandwiches so I decided to stop here instead of Wendy’s since I exited Marconi and took the back roads. I wish I would’ve just went to Wendy’s instead. I was the only car here and I still had to wait awhile. The employee even had me back up and come back to the window to reset her timer. Even after that I had to wait and they still forgot one order. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I’ll make sure to never Go here again and just go to Wendy’s next time.

Ordered the new blazin chicken sandwich and first of all the chicken was burnt and basically shrunken down, distgusting. This sandwich was also NOT «blazin,» not spicy at all not to mention no jalapenos were added. Once opened the sandwich there was literally maybe a sliver of ghost pepper sauce. Overall VERY disappointed since I’ve been so excited to try this, considering no longer making this my late night foody call. Hopefully this does not continue.

the girl working the drive thru was a bitch argued with me over what i said then gave me my order fucked up i hope you read this cunt you suck you’ll never amount to anything

Extremely slow service, dirty bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting! I wouldn’t reccomend coming here to anyone.

I really feel sorry for the employees — 5 p.m. on a Friday and there are only two people working?
The employees were very nice and apologetic, but I shouldn’t have to stand at the counter for almost 5 minutes before my order is taken. Fortunately, I got my shake and taco in about 3 minutes. Oh and the microwave goes off every 30 seconds… I don’t think I’ve ever heard a microwave go off so many times in a fast food joint.
