Panda Express on Watt ave has GREAT customer service. I go there once every two weeks and there so professional compared to the other fast food places on watt.

If you order through the drive-thru, be prepared for no beef in your broccoli beef and 3 shrimp in the shrimp dishes. it has happened at this panda express more than once. needless to say, we won’t be going back.

Waste of time and money when an ordered a specific thing check the menu on the screen when we went through the drive-thru make sure everything was correct didn’t check the food unfortunately when I got into the car thinking everything was correct got home after a Rainy Night and my order wasn’t even right I will never go back to this Panda Express

I have been sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes without moving. They haven’t even taken my order yet. I have a 30 minute lunch break so it’s doubtful I’ll get to eat. I’m never coming back for lunch again.

This place is horrible. In the drive thru, they tell me its a 12 minute wait for my food to get done so I park in front. It was 20 minutes later that I had to go inside to go get my food. Terrible, don’t waist your time with this location.

They always forget to add a side so check your food before you leave the drive thru! This has happened several times now and it’s extremely annoying. The proportions have become so small compared to others pandas which is not really a problem for me but it might be for others.

Service was not friendly and the food wasn’t fresh at all. I will not be returning to this location. Not all panda expresses are this way I have had good experiences at other locations. That’s why we have Unilocal to help us out.

Ron is no longer managing this location. There is a new female manager at this location. Sad to say in my past few recent experiences here, it seems like things have gone downhill. Things have been forgotten in the drive-thru. Being told they’re out of an entrée an not offer to make more. Customer service downhill too. I also have a gripe about the rice. I frequent another panda location that usually has brown fried rice there. I enjoy it. This location never has it and I’ve asked if they could make it as a request for me when I’m there and I’m told no. There needs to be some more consistency across the board with Panda.

I stopped in because I was working next door. I ordered the plate meal and they were out of chow mein. They told me it would be 5 minutes for the chow mein but after waiting for 20 minutes I left.

GOODSERVICEANDFOOD. I don’t know what happened to all those people who had bad experiences. I’ve never had those problems here. This place is convenient to work, so I eat here once every couple of weeks. I’ve never had an issue, the food has always been good. My only complaint(and you all know how I love to complain if there’s a problem) is that on my last order, I asked for a string bean chicken breast bowl. What I got was the entrée… in a to go box, no «bowl» of rice or noodles. So…note to self: check your order in the drive thru next time.

I’m currently sitting in the drive-thru with my engine off. I’ve been here for over 40 minutes and I haven’t even been able to order yet. I’m stuck. I can’t back out, there are 4 cars behind me and I can’t move forward with 6 cars in front of me… not…moving. I’m tempted to go over the landscape strip, but the bushes are too tall and too close together and I’m driving a rental. I called this fine establishment to ask them why I’ve been out here for an ungodly amount of time. The lady simply said, «I’ll double check on that,» and hung up. Is it too late to call the Coast Guard for air rescue? At which point does it become grounds to start charging people for false imprisonment? Help!

930pm — No walnut shrimp, no teriyaki spicy chicken, no brown rice(at all)… and then my Kung Pao chicken has just scraps of chicken? ummm, where am I at again? I’ll continue going to the Madison location by T-Mobile where it is MORE better. I only came here for the drive-thru.

If there is one thing I hate. It’s when I pay money for orange chicken, that isnt orange chicken, you’ve all had it before. It’s when they throw grissle into a fryer, spread on the orange sauce and serve it to you as if it’s what you paid for. Unlike most people, I’m gullible. This has happened to me 3 times now at this location. NEVERDODRIVETHRU here, youre asking to get jipped. I remember a time, when Panda Express made quality food and made it a mission to serve people FRESH and delicious food. What happened? PANDAONWATT. PLEASESTOPSERVINGPEOPLEFRIEDBATTER. I hope you change your ways, but you wont be wasting my money again. I’ll go the extra few miles to a location I know wont serve me crud. Thanks.

I love Panda for a quick lunch and depend on them for dinner when I don’t feel like cooking. If I go in during off dining hours. Service is slow and many of the bins are not filled and have to wait for the food to cook. Which actually makes for a better meal. Their egg rolls and stuffed won tons are too greasy.

My boyfriend and I walked into Panda Express just before noon. Not a soul was inside, but there were a few cars in the drive thru. We stood at the beginning of the line and the woman behind the counter was wearing the headset for the drive-thru obviously filling someone’s order. This goes on for three minutes without her saying a thing to us. Then a woman walks from the back and talks with the headset lady for another minute. She looks at us, says hello, and then returns to the back. After two more minutes of not even a «We’ll be right with you» we left. Customer Service FAIL.
