Excellent dance facilities complete with barres, mirrors, pianos, etc. They are also ideal to hold acting auditions in.
It has always been clean, organized, and not crowded while I have been here.
Even if you can’t find a space in the parking lot, there is tons of available free street parking around.

Been coming here for years with different production companies and the owners here are the best, very attentive and very organized. They have great dance floors and production rooms, with pianos, dance bars, chairs and tables all included. They also have a coffee area and sitting room if you want to hold auditions.
There are also parking spaces attached, but be sure to tell them to put up placards or you’ll be forced to park down the street or risk getting a ticket on Burbank Blvd.
Their walls are covered with famous performers from dance, film, tv and theater who have personally signed a headshot with a nod to Sceenland.
You can also keep your privacy by locking the door and closing the blinds or bring in the light by opening them all. Studio D has enough room for 50 people while the smaller Studio E can fit about 30.
Overall a great place to go to if you want a great place to rehears or audition people.
