This is the smallest trailer I’ve ever seen cooking tacos to order, and I admire the dedication. I also admire the all-day breakfast tacos which are only $ 1.25 here, and served very hot. Not tepid, warm, comfy or fuzzy, but«Dammit, Jim, I’m a doctor, not an asbestos pad» kind of hot. I like hot. It’s open Monday through Saturday from 7am — 3pm, on the northwest corner of Kramer & Lamar, in the parking lot of that Shamrock station. If you blink you’ll literally miss it. The MT Market complex is across the street. Kike’s Tacos also does quesadillas, tortas, and whatever the heck campechanos are, but I haven’t tried any of those. Because I like the $ 1.25 breakfast tacos. They’re very good. And very hot.

My girlfriend and I live just down the street from this food trailer and it’s pretty amaze-balls. The tacos are really stellar actually. The tortillas are delicious, and everything is cooked to perfection. We’ve gotten breakfast here about four times, and I’mma hafta try eating there for lunch soon, I suppose; just to be sure I’m not blowing smoke. Things we’ve tried in different combinations and liked: Chorizo, egg, bacon, potato, cheese Things we wish they had(but aren’t really that sad about it): Beans Oh yeah, and the guy who runs the place is really really nice. He’s really nice. Like, I would like to buy him a beer sometime: D
