Jack Hates Coffee is cool. The coffee is good, but not amazing. I would go again, but won’t be searching it out.

Jack Hates Coffee has been coming to our office on Tuesday and Thursday since forever, and I’ve gotten to know Chris very well. You will not find a nicer business owner who cares about more about his customers. This review is long overdue, but today, I had excellent service from a young lady named Colette, and I felt compelled to write a review thanking you for always doing such a great job and hiring such wonderful people to staff your trucks. Wishing you many years of continued success!

Not sure what everyone is talking about, the coffee is bitter AF. Never again.

Coffee is smooth and the tacos are a great pick me up. But probably the best part about this place is the service. Its everything I need in the morning!

I am VERY happy to write this food truck an excellent review. I have JUST finished my double shot cappuccino. It was delicious. I am so pumped up to write about my experience. I now feel like i can do anything. With enough of Jack’s coffee i could achieve ALL of my dreams. I even feel more physically attractive after drinking this coffee. Excellent espresso. The first coffee was free even! Also the ONLY coffee place i have found that doesn’t use sweetened coconut milk in their coffee. If i wanted it sweet i would add sugar. BIG plus for me. Really gutsy of them setting up a truck on 24th street across from the Starbucks in West Campus. But lets be real here– Starbucks sucks if you like good espresso or coffee. And they always get my name wrong at Starbucks. I hate that. Why do you hate me Starbucks employee? I had an actual conversation with the barista at Jacks. She gave me a discount for being nice. Just fantastic. Two thumbs up.

Price is right, the coffee is good(try the butter coffee!) and the service is extremely friendly and accommodating. They come to my work and I look forward to a weekly latte there.

Jack hates coffee comes to my work twice a week and they have seriously the best iced chai I’ve ever had. I’m really picky over my chai and theirs is amazing. Along with every other coffee I’ve had from there. Whether it be the flavored coffee, the plain coffee, chai or even their hot chocolate(you should see the amount of chocolate they put in this stuff!) And of course the people are so friendly, they’re always talking to us and listening. My job has a weird rule where we can’t have«fast food cups» and so I can’t have their cold cups inside my work. But they always put the cold drinks in the hot cups for me. I think they’re better than Starbucks to be honest.

This truck catered to a local swim meet and the staff was friendly and provided great service. I would definitely buy from them the next time I see the truck around and would recommend to friends as well.

Jack Hates Coffee comes to work daily and I absolutely love not only their coffee but the conversation. Today someone in front of me ordered a butter coffee so I decided to try it as well. OMG, it was sooooooooooooooo delicious!!! Jack Hates Coffee just took it up a notch!!!

No idea what the other reviewers are talking about. It’s no wonder this truck is called Jack Hates Coffee, because their coffee blows. Maybe they should have listened to Jack before opening this business. They ARE really nice, and I want to give them a 2nd star for that, but seriously everything I have tried from this place sucked. They pull up to my office a few times a week, and even though my first impression was bad, out of desperation I went back to these guys a few times just in case I was wrong. But nope, same exact thing: super nice people, super crappy coffee. I have literally walked past their truck numerous times to get in my car and drive somewhere to get coffee. If that doesn’t tell you something, I don’t know what would. I suspect the other reviewers here are more easily impressed with their excellent customer skills and not really very aware of the taste of what is going in their mouth, because I none of my coffee buddies at the office can tolerate this stuff.

I am fairly particular about coffee and Jack comes by my work and I decided to try him out. Now, I come from a background of coffee that can make the average person uneasy. Aeropress, and Pour Over is basically the only way I do coffee, but unlike most coffee snobs I love the hell out of cold-brew coffee. It seems like the people that like Jack’s are the people that love sugary coffee drinks and that is fine. I prefer my coffee like my basketball players… black. This stuff is basically jet-fuel. I am so wired right now, it is insane. It’s still well balanced and it’s not that acidic. Definitely recommend when I need to get something done.

JHC rocks… Chris visits my work twice a week and i do my best not to miss him. Pours shots with the greatest of care and all about customer service. I highly highly recommend grabbing your favorite espresso drink or whatever next time you see his truck. Also, recommend booking him for a party, event or whatever for an added flare.

Friendliest truck in town! Don’t know what I’d do without Jack Hates Coffee almost every morning. Great beans, foamy lattes, the breakfast tacos are freshly homemade and delicious. Cannot get enough. Thanks Chris!

I have so many great things to say about this truck. First of all, they are super convenient to me, as they currently place themselves right in front of the building I work in at Riata Corporate Park. The coffee drinks are delicious, and I made myself a regular immediately. Chris and Simmie really know how to treat their customers. I order the same drink every day, and not only did Chris have it memorized by two days later, but he’s been trying to teach Simmie and the other baristas how to make it just the way I like it. They’re always good about telling their customers ahead of time when they are going to be off site(like Christmas vacation and such) so lazy folks like me are prepared to get up early enough to swing by Dunkin, Starbucks, It’s a Grind, or any of their other mediocre competitors. If that’s not enough, Chris told me today that he had purchased a whole case of pumpkin cream syrup before it was discontinued for the season, just so he can keep me in my white chocolate pumpkin lattes far into the winter and spring. Talk about customer service!!! Starbucks isn’t going to do that for me! Drink prices are very reasonable… cheaper than Starbucks, It’s a Grind and Coffee Bean, about the same as Dunkin. They have a frequent buyer punch program that gives you every 8th drink free. I never thought coffee from a trailer would be any good, and Jack Hates Coffee started appearing at Riata for months before I gave them a shot, but I definitely shouldn’t have waited so long. If you live at the Riata apartments or work at ACS, Apple, Oracle, or any of the companies in or near RCP, or if you’re just passing through on a weekday morning, you MUST swing through the RCP lot between buildings 6, 5 and 9 and grab yourself some coffee, a chai tea, or a breakfast taco. You won’t be disappointed!

After my company cut the coffee budget, replacing something drinkable with only low-quality coffee that comes in a teabag and thus forcing me to keep instant(!) coffee in my desk because it’s better than that swill, I was forlorn. And very tired. But the heavens heard my prayers and coffee was delivered unto me. It came in the form of a coffee truck trundling right up to the building three times a week – sometimes lingering just long enough for me to arrive at work, dump my belongings on my desk, and dash outside to enjoy my morning joe with the dude who lovingly brews the cup that makes my day. Yummy and reasonably priced, too. And they take credit cards.(What the what?! We’re talking service now!) You are urged to become a hater… check out their Web site and their schedule on Facebook. But don’t you dare lure them from my office’s parking lot. You do not want to meet me when I haven’t had my fix…
