Don’t go here it’s horrible unless you are willing to waist your whole day there! With an appt you get taken in an hour later and you still go to another room where you wait another half an hour. Without an appt you wait 4 – 6 hours. I took my sick child in with a fever at 1:00 pm did not get seen until 5:30. Ridiculous!!! Never again! I will be switching pediatrician!

This review will be mostly for the facility.
Well, first things first, there should be separate waiting rooms for children who are sick and for those who are there for their well check ups.
I brought my son here for his 11^th month check up due to a change in insurance and them being in network with it.
When we got there, there were a lot of people already, and I thought I made the very first appointment of the day. I know there are multiple doctors there but still, that was a lot of people for the first appointments. I knew they overbooked! Lol. We waited almost an hour to be called. And the waiting part is fine. The thing is, the waiting room makes the wait time unpleasant.
Children and adults are sneezing and coughing everywhere. And it makes you worry especially if you have a little baby with you.
The waiting room gets really really crowded as the day goes by. Strollers everywhere, nowhere to sit, plus children running around. One time this kid was playing with the door, closing and opening it repeatedly, and the door is pretty heavy, he crushed his fingers when the door closed, luckily I was close to it, I ran to help him. Poor kid!
It seems like the staff is overbooking and doesn’t do anything on the waiting room. They don’t address the people waiting. Obviously, they don’t care if it gets very packed in there like a swapmeet or something!

Every time I have taken my son here, we have always had an appointment. In spite of that, we have to sit in the lobby for at least half an hour. Then we get to move to the actual waiting room for another 30 minutes before being taken into an exam room. This is the last visit we will be having here

I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was born… And 2 years later Dr. Carpo hasn’t disappointed me at all… Make sure your info is on file and your paperwork is updated and be at least 20 Min. early to your appointment, he is very busy, I always see tons of new moms come to see him.

Do not go here! Unless you want to wait 1.5hr for an appointment, don’t walk in unless you want to wait 6 hours, don’t go here unless you want to not see a doctor only a nurse practitioner! They are very rude my son was sick went to hospital went for check up a couple days later like they told me to and soonest appointment, and was told there is nothing they can do go back to er for him throwing up tried to give me a perscription for what they already have him in the er!!! Omg I was livid never go here they do not care for their patients they only care about $$$$$$$

The staff there is horrible, they have no customer skills whats so ever, and every time i call them they always put me on hold forever. Lets not talk about there waiting time, everytime i go its takes me literally 3 hours, and when your called they have another waiting room, also i had to share a room with someone else! Iam so glad i changed to another place, its ridiculous.
