When you have a «sales person» tell you he doesn’t need your sale as a customer why would you bother staying in their store. Someone needs to explain to this store that Mattress Firm prides themselves on price matching. No worries though. we did purchase a mattress today at Best Mattress across the street. They took care of us and delivered excellent customer service.

Kevin was very helpful and he didn’t push anything on me. I told him my sleep issue and my budget. He also delivered the next day. Thank you!

My wife and I were stoked to get such a great deal on our king Sealy hybrid mattress. When it was delivered and placed on our bed, though, it was clearly too short. We measured it (from mid way up) and it was 76″ x 72″. That’s a full 4″ short on both sides. If you do the math, we were missing 10% of our bed! Kevin was cool about it and swapped out the mattress for free. The one that came was lumpy as hell and the same size. We opted to refuse the replacement. After complaining directly to Sealy we were told the only avenue for complaints was direct to mattress firm. Kevin said it was probably just a bad batch and promised to replace the mattress with a new delivery in a week. The new mattress came and it, too, was short, only this time by three inches on each side. I received a call from the area manager after this and was promised an upgraded mattress by another company. We agreed hoping this would solve the problem and hey, we’d save some extra cash. Maybe we still win in the end. The new mattress came, a Beautyrest black hybrid, and it was short, as well. We’re not upset over aesthetics, our dogs can easily fall in the gap created between the footboard and mattress. Despite the great customer service and sweet deal, the one star rating stands until I have a mattress that’s a king size (76″ wide X 80″ long). Mattress firm, figure your supply chain out and stop accepting shit quality from your vendors. Customers, measure your mattress when it’s delivered and don’t accept anything less than what you paid for. Your rails aren’t too long and it’s not normal to have a large gap in your bed (two things I heard from the delivery guys).

I went there with my 85 yr old father because he needed a new mattress set. Kevin was great. He took a lot of time with us having Dad lay down on the beds. Dad is on a fixed income and Kevin went above and beyond to help us stay within his budget. I was thrilled they would take his old mattress. Delivery was quick and they were very nice. It was a great experience all the way around.

Great service and knowledge staff! Highly recommend this location. They have a good selection and will call other stores to get what you need.

I never thought purchasing a 5k mattress could be so wonderful! Kevin the store manager helped my boyfriend and I try out tempurpedic mattresses and we found one that we loved.
Not only was Kevin a wonderful sales person but he was extremely personable and never pressured us or felt like he was trying to just make a sale. He was extremely patient with all of our questions and knew WAY more about mattresses than I thought ever possible.
I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a mattress to stop by this location. We had looked at numerous mattress stores and this was by far the best experience we had and I feel that we have received the best deal.
