They helped us a lot with figuring out the best payment option. We didn’t get approved for financing but ended up doing something where we pay off the mattress within 100 days and don’t have to pay interest. I highly recommend going to these guys. My husband and I went in to Best Mattress over Memorial Day weekend because we were interested in checking out pricing for our son to get his first full size bed. We had just come from Sam’s Club and were stopping in to compare prices. To our surprise, right away, the gentlemen in the store, Alan and Kevin, were more than helpful. They were assisting another customer, but quickly came to help us as well. They gave us a dynamite deal and when it came time to strap the mattress to our vehicle, not only were they quick and did the job right, but so much multi-​tasking was going on with answering the phone, while tying the mattress to the roof, then going in to get the box spring. You know when you see some hard working guys and this was definitely the case here. Good job, gentlemen, you should be proud!

Kevin the manager was great. He will not pressure you to buy anything, is very knowledgeable, and patient. Great customer service.

So I’m having a baby and needed to get a new mattress before my little boy gets here. I’ve had my mattress since I was in the 8^th grade and I’m 27 now, so you can see I really need a new bed. I walked in the store not knowing what I was getting into, I was greeted by Kevin. He made everything so easy with all his help on picking out a new mattress, it’s nice when you walk into a place and the person is there to help you and not just make a sale.

We have had very negative experiences in the past with other mattress stores in Las Vegas. That being said, Alan made our experience at Best Mattress amazing. He listened to our needs. Showed us exactly what we wanted within our price range. He didn’t try to up sale us or pressure us into anything we didn’t want. He was incredibly knowledgeable about his products. We would recommend this store to friends.

Worst experience ever! Sold me the wrong bed when I asked very clearly for what I wanted. Charged me to change out for what we asked for. Then found out after already paying 1400 dollars through snap finance that since I just barely went over the 100 days no interest, I’m now charged a full «loan fee». In otherwords I still owe another 1100 for a 1200 dollar bed. ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. NOBODY THROUGH BEST MATTRESS OR SNAP TOLD ME. I EVEN PAID AN EXTRA 500 MONTHS BACK JUST TO MAKE SURE I didn’t pay to much interest. Do not use best mattress!

Alan was amazing. He described exactly how to test a mattress «properly» and also gave us a great deal. He also did a great job of showing us how to stay within our budget but also get a great mattress! Thanks so much best mattress!

I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Kevin S who turned out to be one of the most charismatic and helpful salesman I’ve ever met. Kevin made my purchase easy and stress free. If you need a mattress I suggest you ask for this man! We should always go for good customer service. Go see Kevin!

THE only place you need to go if you’re in the market for a new mattress. Ask for Kevin, he’s patient and will answer all your questions to the best of his knowledge. No gimmicks, just great customer service.

First off if you buy a mattress from this company, make sure you do your homework before buying! READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING AND HANDING OVER YOUR CASH!
I’m writing this as it’s 30 days later and I am not at all comfortable on the mattress I bought from this store without a mattress topper.
Here’s my experience.
I needed a mattress to alleviate my back pain. After looking around the web to see what type of mattress I needed (a medium firm), I started window shopping to any store that carried mattresses. Low and behold Best Mattress. As soon as I arrive I’m greeted by Alan. I tell him what I need and he guides me around to some of the firm mattresses. He also lets me test out a few by laying on them and he talks about their quality.
I settle for the Simmons Bolivar twin. It’s a perfect size with it’s measurements for the bed frame I sleep on. I felt great laying on it because it had a nice plush top and my spine was not aching. After negotiating, I tell Alan that I just really need a mattress and not the add on mattress protector because I’m on a strict budget. He says I can pay the price for the mattress out the door with free shipping. So my total was $ 419.
Now here’s when things start to turn. After my card is ran for the amount I’m told that there are no returns or exchanges. Now i’m thinking… ok then… because I’m getting exactly what I wanted which was this firm mattress with a plushy top that felt great in the store right???
Fast forward. I’m back at home and the delivery truck arrives. They take away my old mattress that I took out of my frame and had waiting in the living room. They set my new mattress where it was. Now please note here. The delivery guys didn’t ask if I needed help setting up the mattress and nether did I ask them to because I can handle a twin mattress on my own.
I set it up in my room and I lay on it. It feels way different from what I felt in the store. It was much harder and had very little plush than what I felt. So to be certain I lay on it for two days to see if I feel any different. It feels horrible. My back is KILLING me and I keep waking up in spurts because of the pain.
In the middle of the night I grab my receipt and read the back where it mentions the 120 day sleep guarantee. It’s not at all comfortable so I think to myself, maybe this guarantee will work for me.
So after two nights of hell on this mattress I call and talk to Alan. I tell him that the mattress is causing me worst pain and that I have not slept straight for two nights. I mention the 120 sleep guarantee on the back of the receipt and he says «it’s only for mattresses that are over $ 599.» So in other words if you buy a mattress under that amount the 120 guarantee is null and void! I was told none of this in store! Alan goes on to say «well your body has to get use to the mattress. Just give it 30 days and if it’s still bad then I will call you back and see what I can do.»
After more nights on that mattress I’ve had enough. I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau explaining the problem. After going back and forth with the company through BBB my second/​last response was that I was willing to do an exchange BUT, first I want a quote of all the fees I’ll have to pay BEFORE coming back.
I waited over two weeks for a response. At the end of those too weeks I got fed up with the waiting and swirling back pain and just went ahead and bought a mattress topper online shipped within two days. Instant comfort. Some time later call from them but at that time it’s already too late.

Had been shopping for a new mattress and had decided to check out the Tempur Pedic.
We had been to another mattress store and the salesman was nice but didn’t want to deal on these as he said they don’t go on sale. So we decided to look around.
Well Alan & Kevin were great they showed us some features the other store had not and worked the deal so we were happy with the price and deal we got. They are having it delivered the next day even though it’s a Sunday! Taking old mattress away too.
I would recommend these guys ! They try to work you a good deal and spend the time to show you all about the different features. Can’t wait to sleep in our new mattress!
