Niagara Leaven Bakery

This bread was awesome. Totally hooked on the 4-​seed. Have went back on all different days the past few weeks and he seems to be gone. I was buying 2 – 3 loaves each week. It’s a shame. Wish he would’ve hung in there a bit longer… maybe would have caught on!

Love the bread but we haven’t been able to find him at the market anymore. We’ve gone back repeatedly at different hours and different days. What’s happened???

New to the North Tonawanda Farmers Market this year, or new to me anyway, is this bread only bakery stand. We’ve tried 4 of his 5 offerings so far and each one is terrific. Our favorite is his seeded one which is $ 4.50. But his Italian, $ 2, is fantastic as well.
He bakes from his home, and is here Sat am. He gives his bread in paper bags, once you get them home plastic will help keep them from drying out.
He will sell you a half loaf if you want to try that first.
Well worth a try.
