I ordered 2 Italians to go and they messed up my order were only humans were supposed to fix our mistakes I asked em if they can help me cause I just wanted my sandwiches right they told me they can’t help me and don’t want to… Worst customer service ever

I ordered 2 sandwhiches, a bucket of pickles and 2 large drinks. Delivery was fast and delivery driver was nice. However my sandwhich was not how i ordered. I ordered a vito with easy lettuce, extra tomatoe and add cucumber. I also asked for mayo packets. I didnt recieve mayo packets, i had NO extra tomatoes and they barely put lettuce, i wanted lettuce just easy lettuce. Then whoever bagged the order put the bucket of pickles in the small bag with my 2 sandwhiches squishing the sandwhiches.

Always great service, the sandwiches usually are delivered within 10 minutes. It is super easy to order online, the only problem I’ve had is minor details on the order… Most recently I ordered jalapeño chips and they delivered bbq, they forgot a pickle on a different occasion, but nothing too serious. They are a little on the pricey side, I ordered a sandwich, chips and a pickle today and it was $ 12 ($ 14 with tip). Good quality sandwiches though!!!

The two times I went there the subs were paper thin. Bread was cut out each time which I didn’t ask for. I normally like Jimmy johns but this location always fails to make a good sandwich.

Friendly fun and fast! I don’t use the delivery option because the restaurant is so close to my office. I can stop by on my way to an appointment and never have to wait for my meal. Sandwiches are simple but even special requests are made very quickly. Often times my sandwich is done being made before I have finished paying!

How hard is it to get a sandwich order correct? I just ordered from this location and literally everything was wrong. If you can’t even manage to follow simple instructions like getting a customer the correct flavor of chips and soda that isn’t just water, you should definitely just do us all a favor and kill yourself now.

Freaky Fast? Heck yeah! I ordered home delivery and it was just like the commercial, I turned around and the guy was knocking on my door (10 min). Dependable quality. There is something about these sandwiches that I just crave… bring me one now!

Love it here but… They raised prices.
12 $ of 38 $ order is small drinks and chips for a family of 4. That’s rediculous. It’s sandwiches… I hope they rethink that before they get abandoned by customers.
