Ever since Dr. Cattell retired the place does bait and seitch. They tell you you purchased the best lenses and they lied they were treated. Never will go back there again.

Been going here for over ten years and they have Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Cattell is professional, nice and honest. They never try to up sell you on glasses and are mindful of your budget and what your insurance will cover

God forbid you have any problems with your eyeglasses here, don’t plan on getting anything but a bunch of promises and no solutions other than you losing your money. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back on some glasses. They put me threw all sort of hoops and refused to give me my money back until my credit card company called them. Not good service for a customer who had been going there for years. Not going back.

I’ve been using this business for my eyewear for about 3 years now and I have to say they are the most pleasant people to visit. Dr. Cattell is very kind and patient, and always happy to explain the different tests that he performs when inspecting your vision. His assistant very helpful when it comes to selecting new frames. You can tell that she really enjoys finding the right frame for your face. They have so many choices that it is overwhelming but she narrows it down quickly. The last time I was there, the first frame that she thought was the best for me, was the frame I actually chose after looking at a dozen more. She’s spot on when finding the right match.

I’ve been going to Dr. Cattell for about 6 years now. He and his staff are great. Dr. Cattell will answer all your questions. Very helpful when helping you choose glasses, but don’t put pressure on you. I was there recently and one of the staff even took pictures of me on my phone in several pairs of glasses so I could look at them! So nice! You can pop back in any time and they will adjust your glasses for you. Decently priced. Insurance does help though.
