Jack in the Box

Always check your order if you use the drive thru! I went during my lunch today, i had been craving tacos all day! I asked the man at the drive thru if everything was in the bag. He said «yes, everything is in there», he even repeated my order. Since I don’t have a lot of time, I took his word for it. When I got to work I opened the bag and there was a sourdough sandwich in there. My lunch was pretty much over by then but I decided to take the food back and ask for my money back. I was very annoyed, angry, and I lost my appetite. When I got there to return the food, the lady in front of me was complaining about her wrong order as well. I will never go back to that location.

It’s my extension of my dining room lol! I am comfortable eating here and having my favorite curly fries and ultimate cheeseburgers!

First off I didn’t feel welcomed at all when I walked in… I mean normally I don’t really care but this time it was so bland I didn’t like it at all. Second of all the girl that took my order was kinda bleh she had no enthusiasm when speaking to me and the main person running the place was staring at me thw whole time like … BOO ! Idk I felt a weird vibe thr whole time I was sitting in here. My food did come out quick and my chicken sandwich was hot and plain just like I liked it. So that was a good thing but other then that I just don’t like the customer service around this place. So that is why they received two stars from me.

The only Jack N Box I go too. I’ve been going here for almost 5 years now. I used to live in the dorms, and it’s one of the few fast food places I’d walk too. (Yes too me it was worth it).
This jack n box is the only one where they don’t have weird drugged out people in it, it’s clean, FREE WI-​Fi and the staff is incredibly friendly. I’ve never had a problem with the food, and the order has never been wrong for me. The line for food is only busy on busy nights such as Friday’s.

I ordered value fries from here and when I got home I realized they gave me two meat tacos. I’m vegetarian so this was really disappointing. How do you misunderstand my order of «value fries» as «two beef tacos»?

I came here with some friends to get a quick bite of food. The parking is very large and the location is pretty clean. When we got to the counter, the guy there was nice but took a while to get our order. He almost seemed confused by our simple orders.
My friends got the spicy ghost pepper chicken burger and said it was not warm enough for their liking. I on the other hand, got a classic butter jack burger. It was pretty juicy and the veggies felt fresh. But there was an odd taste to it, like if the beef could have been warmer or maybe cooked more throughly. I had to add some condiments to make the flavor better, but in the end it filled my hunger.
On the plus side they do have plugs for laptops and it is close enough to Starbucks to still catch their wifi. I might be back just solely on that.

So far this is the only Jack In The Box i can sit down and enjoy my meal. No base heads, no homeless people or hostility. Usually a Jack In The Box is filled with all that but not this one. The remodeled dining area makes your stay enjoyable and no buzz in requests at the register to get in the restroom. 4 stars because the customer service could be better but it’s better than what i usually get at other locations.

Okay, I really love this Jacks and go all the time especially after the turn ups. Its affordable and delicious; the best fast food joint rn! Tacos… Bomb! Munchy meal… Fuego!!! Check this– The last time I stopped by my intentions were to drive-​thru. I waited 5 mins at the intercom then drive up to the window. I waited another 5 mins then my cousin and I decided we will just go inside. So we’re already pretty mad right? I walk in and this Arab dude tells me «I been waiting here 10 minutes man! I don’t know what’s going on»
So I started yelling «hello!.. Is anyone here, hello!!»
«I already tried that my man» said the Arab dude.
I man enjoying his meal, using the wifi on his laptop tells us «I don’t know what happen they were just here 15 minutes ago.»
So before leaving we wait a few more minutes. Finally… (Maybe 3 minutes later & after a good 20 mins from when being at the drive-​thru) the fat older Hispanic male manager comes out from the back… pretty sweaty. .! Followed by another fat older black Hispanic female employee; looking embarrassed. My cousin and I started laughing our ass off even while ordering. After everyone ordered, while waiting for the food, I told the Arab dude «you think they were boning back there? «
He said «of course man they had to be what the fuck»
Then he gets on the phone and tells his friend about it. I just had to share the story this is a true story Jack can even check the cameras lol 1÷13÷15 some time in the early and idk 2 – 3 am probably

Certainly not the best but they’re not the worst it’s a hit and miss is a 50 – 50 chance with these people but they do have Wi-​Fi so three stars it will be for Jack-​in-​the-​Box you see

Ok the service was fast an minimum mistakes, like forgetting my cup for my drink, no big deal, my issue was the truck stop feel inside, meaning the random people that look like they live I’m the corner an only order fry’s for the day an have everything plugged up in the wall. Then I try use the bathroom an some had seemed to claim the toilet as there temporary home till closing, do I had to use the woman’s room sorry, place is clean but the atmosphere is weird. But if that’s your thing an your bored an looking for action go for it lol

Clean. Friendly staff. Our order was correct. Food was hot and my sons breakfast in his words was AMAZING!

I have visited this location several times, and have received great customer service each time. The cashiers are friendly, the food is made quickly, and satisfies my hunger is satisfied. The iced mocha is on point, and so reasonably priced. It has aided me in keeping me awake while writing heaps of papers this semester.

Good service and friendly manager, the food is the best, I always have dinner here with my wife, usually late night. I can have my favorite breackfast combo any time I want.

I came for a quick dinner with the 3 kiddos. What i like about this place is plenty of outside seating, which is covered. This way, I don’t have to be afraid of my little terrors making noise. It’s a good thing, because 10 seconds after we sat down, my son dumped my entire drink all over the table and floor. At least it was easy to clean up outside. The food was what you’d expect, quick and hot. Parking is a little limited, but there is quick turnover of spaces.
