I got my storage space in a very short wait time considering, of course, their reservation/​application computer system’s efficiency and productivity features. And that is absolutely fantastic since I was at a rush on the day I came to apply for the space I really needed. The facility is clean, well maintained and obviously secured. On top of that all, Mr. Garay, the Manager, was very helpful, polite and very professional. I’m glad I’ve picked this facility amongst the rest in the area that I’ve visited.

The employees at this facility are what make this place so good. It is in a decent location; however, the main complaint I have is about the entrance/​exit system. When I want to come in, I have to practically smash the buttons on the keypad. Then if someone is coming out while you are trying to go in, you have to let them through and back up onto the street… then re-​enter your code in hopes that no one else will try to exit soon. I didn’t realize a storage place would be so busy. At any rate, this place is safe and extremely convenient. Tip: insurance is a requirement! Also… Visit these people because if they cannot help you, they will call around to other Extra Space places to help you out.
