This office has no respect for their patients time. Every single time I’ve come to the office for a visit, I arrive on time — early even. I am promptly swept into an exam room where I sit for a minimum of 45 minutes in solitary confinement. They of course make you pay your copay before you are seen. Clearly so I am less likely to storm out.
Often times I feel that doctors have lost sight of the fact that they are providing a service.
For you, I would recommend finding a different pulomonolgist.
