Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received from this bank system. I have been in the bank since 3:50 for a wire transfer. I was finally greeted at 4:20. Half hour after I came in. It is not even remotely busy. The gentleman who greeted me didn’t seem busy at all since her greeted everyone else earlier other than me, and didn’t even bother to ask me if I needed anything. It’s past 4:51 and they finally told me I have to come back Monday because it will take half hour to process and will expire. So they wasted one hour of my life without even telling me this while I was waiting, for no reason. Most terrible experience I’ve had with Bank of America over the 5 years I have been a customer.
