I first came here 2 months ago, I wanted to quit smoking and the older guy that helped me was pretty awesome and was thorough. I haven’t seen this guy since then. He also had a personality, unlike the others. Since then I have been back here twice. Both occasions the same employee has«helped» me. More or less acted as if he was doing me a favor by selling me juice. I’m not one of these people who tests juice all day and then doesn’t buy anything either. Normally I go to a much more friendlier, well stocked, comfortable vape shop in towson at least twice a week. But SS vape is convenient on my way home from work. A coworker has told me they have had issues here as well. I won’t ever give this company another $. Doing what I do for a living, I talk to a lot of people. I’ll be sure to relay the message. Train your employees in customer service.

Up sold me on a mod I wasn’t sure about then 1 hour later refused to exchange it for the one I came for. worst cape shop experience ever. Don’t pay in cash, because they’ll screw you over.
