I love this location! The workers are awesome with customer service and the food is always fresh and hot. If there is ever a mistake they are quick to apologize and fix it.

I’m not used to giving a fast-​food restaurant anything over 2 stars, but this Chick-​fil-​a deserves it.
I have been both inside and gone through the drive-​thru, and I’ve never had an issue with my order. Every employee I have encountered has been pleasant and respectful with a smile. One can only assume that it’s from the leadership as I have encountered the AM manager on a few different occasions, and he is always a pleasure to talk to.
Food quality is great — I’ve never had an issue. Always hot and fresh.
Restaurant is clean and kept tidy.

I love Chic Fil A. No I mean L O V E ~ I have never once had a bad experience. I can’t believe anyone could ever say that EVER. The staff is over the top helpful and friendly and everyone working looks like the genuinely like their jobs~ Food is hot fast and always right~ Every time I go there I literally want to quit my current job and work for Chic Fil A!

I used to love Chick Fil A. Now I’ve had two bad service experiences at this Hwy K restaurant and I’m done with them. Taking the order was fine. But apparently, producing a sausage burrito is some sort of earth-​shattering event. It took at least 7 – 8 minutes, and all the while the rest of the food sat on the counter, getting cold. But boy, were they serving the drive-​thru in a hurry. Inside? Not so much. When they finally managed to give me the completed order, no apology for making me wait, and the food was cold.
Last time, once again, it was slow service to the sit-​down customers. If you don’t want to serve anyone but drive through, close the dining room.
Truett Cathy is spinning in his grave at what his restaurant has become. Chick Fil A… you have enough enemies, so you should at least keep your friends satisfied.

You can get chicken at almost every restaurant, but Chick-​FIL-​A, with its pressure-​cooker formula, nails it. The nuggets are juicy and crispy — I’ve been meaning to try something new, but I keep going back to the nuggets. The O’Fallon location is new and has friendly staff, so for fast food, it doesn’t get much better.

EVERY time I go here, my order is ALWAYS right! My sandwhich is always steamy hot, even after several bites in! Seems like alway made fresh, cooked to order… which is rare in the fast food industry! Super friendly staff! Went in with my baby one day and a staff member who was off the clock, ran to the door to open and hold it for me and quickly got the 2^nd door too! Even during busy times, they are quicky and friendly!

I went to lunch here two weeks ago. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The chicken sandwich I had was Delicious! Check them out!

Friendly employees, and my food came out fast and hot. This location was really busy on a Thursday night – the parking lot was decently full, and I noticed a lot of balloons and kids inside. Turns out, the employees sometimes dress up as Toy Story characters! This made finding a seat a little more difficult, but I managed just fine. The food tasted fine.

I mean, what’s not to like? Chick-​Fil-​A is definitely one of the best places to get fast food from. This location, like all the other Chick-​Fil-​As I’ve been to, is nothing short of what they all offer. Fast, incredibly kind service, and quality hot food. I get really annoyed if I decide to get fast food and it’s cold. I know it’s cheap, but seriously, that’s what I want from them. The food is always hot and tastes as fresh out of the fryer that it can be! Haa!
The best thing about them is their breakfast. It’s SO good. Chicken minis. Little chicken bites on bite sized honey biscuits… Yeah, good stuff. And I love their diet lemonade. I’m sure the regular lemonade is just as good too. All in all, if I’m going to get fast food, it’s probably from here.

Pretty good but could’ve been better. My food wasn’t fresh. The waffle fries were though. Those things are amazing. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was not fresh. I could tell because the crumb on the chicken was almost black, so you could tell it was sitting around for a long time. My biggest issue was the Pepperjack cheese wasn’t even melted at all, it was still cold. I got my kids the chicken nuggets and they loved them! They offer grilled chicken nuggets as well, that’s what my kids had with chocolate milk. The service is very impressive. All friendly staff, quick and efficient. I love how they offer alcohol/​anti-​bacterial wipes. I got my daughter a high chair, they cleaned it and have me a purell wipe to kill the germs. How nice!!! They don’t even do that at nice restaurants. I will definitely be back here, if my food isn’t fresh I’ll just ask them to make it fresh and I’m sure they will do it without any issues.

My kids loves this place which stinks because my wife and I hate it. I took them here the other day and they were doing face paintings and had a teenager in a huge cow outfit walking around the small ass dining room. Needless to say it was a madhouse and you could barely move around. The girl doing the paintings was doing a good job but she was very slow. I was there an hour and some kids that were in line when I got there were still waiting. Not too mention the kids in line were blocking access to the high chairs. I’ve worked in the food service industry and i’m pretty sure the idea is fast turn around. Keep customers coming and going. People were getting pissed because too many soccer moms were wasting table space waiting on their kids to get face paintings. They do have a good spicy chicken sandwich. I’d recommend avoiding the drive through here and getting carry out from the dining room. PS I think the kid who took my order was gay, hopefully the owner doesn’t find out.

The food is greasy and unimpressive. I ate here twice, will never again.

The chicken is fresh and tasty, but the smokey honey BBQ sauce is the shiznit. You can actually get the Chick Fil A sauce in tubs. They have to ring it up like you are doing a catering order. But if you want some of that sauce to use at home or put on your BBQ, that beats having to tear open 100 little packages. This location is always clean. Employees are very courteous. Management is actively involved in making sure your experience is great. I love the lemonade, and the availability of hot sauce.

First off, I LOVE Chick-​fil-​a. I’m from GA, I grew up on it. But this location has some issues. First off todays visit– didn’t get my fries. When I asked, the gal looked at me like it was my fault. Then the food. ICE COLD. The orignal chicken sandwich was way overdone, dried out, and luke warm. That is UNACCEPTABLE. In fact, half the time I visit this location, my order is wrong and my food is cold. I’m getting sick of it. There are other places to eat around O’ Fallon that will serve me hot, frest food.
Oh– and one more thing that bugs me. The employees are very friendly, and that’s great. But… the line they spew like robots «my pleasure». They say «my pleasure» so much now, it’s annoying. I tested one of the employees by saying «Isn’t the weather nice?» instead of «thank you», and she responded with «My pleasure». That just told me they do not even LISTEN to the customer. I guess my point is, they should be outgoing and friendly. Not friendly and robot-​like. Anyways, good food when hot and not overdone.

Curteous employees and super quick service. Add that to great tasting food and you don’t get a better lunch the day before Thanksgiving. Employees even walk the floor ready to take your trash or refill your drink!
