Imos is so freakin’ good lets be honest. This location has Wacky Wednesday’s which is by one pizza, get one free. I live dangerous close to Imos!
This location makes the garlic cheese bread kind of mussy. They also tell you a little too much time to come get it because we’ve gotten it not warm before and no one wants that.

Their employees have always been so rude with not only no personality but a chip on their shoulders! I got a large pizza for take out & when I got home (only 1.5 miles away) half the cheese was off the pizza. When I called to tell them my pizza had to have been tossed around when it was steaming hot and the cheese was off, the guy told me «it was MY driving!!!» «I should slow down & the pizza cheese wouldn’t have slid off!» I was furious! I proceeded to tell him I didn’t speed home & I only lived a mile away. I’m 40 years old & have no reason to speed! He didn’t care & basically gave me the «Oh Well» attitude! We tried a few more times to go back but finally just quit going & quit ordering. I love imos so instead we order from a different store. Totally worth it!

Pretty good. If they didn’t have a but one get one special the pizza is pretty expensive. My order would’ve been $ 22 bucks for one but since it was on special I got two for $ 22 :-)
I like the cheese on IMO’s pizza, nice and creamy. It’s provel cheese, I enjoy it a lot. I think it’s the best when you dine in because the box makes the thin crust kinda soggy, you lose the crispness when you take it home. This particular location is terrible to dine in though which is why I have it at four stars. There are no regular chairs in the restaurant, stools and they have two couches with a low table. There is only one table outside which is nice to dine out but only when Missouri weather permits you to be able to do so. If you aren’t local I definitely recommend you trying IMO’s because it’s one of the few things STL has to offer lol also try the toasted ravioli too.

LOVE Imo’s Pizza!
With that said… this particular unit has sloppy pizza makers.
All I want is some of all the ingredients on most of the pieces.
There will often be ¼ of the pie with just cheese due to the sloppiness.
And to top it all off they cut is so poorly not only is it not cut through but some pieces are HUGE and others really small.
The fact that its Imo’s you get 5 stars. But that’s the easy part. You need to raise the standards of your pizza building and cutting execution.

Figured I’d give this Imos another try. I should have just cooked a frozen pizza. The girl taking my order kept cutting me off as I was trying to place my order. The Imos website advertised three coupon deals for this location. I tried to order one of the deals, but they wouldn’t honor any of them. She put me on hold to ask someone else then she came back and said, «We don’t honor those coupons». It was called, «The winghaven special». Why would a business not honor the coupons advertised by their company. I understand they are franchises, but this owner should trying calling Quiznos and asking them how that works out. Last I checked most of those were closed and the company just filed bankruptcy. Imos Pizza, the square beyond shitty service”.
