They can’t count wings!!! So check your order before you leave. On 2 separate occasions, they shorted us wings. Once it was only a 4 wings, but the second time it was 13 wings. The first time, it was Super Bowl so we assumed they were just getting slammed and it was an honest mistake. The second time was on a regular Monday night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Both times, they made us drive all the way back to the restaurant with our complete order, we had to wait again as they made the correct amount. Most restaurants throw in something to lessen the huge inconvenience on the end of the customer. Due to their mistake, the whole process of driving back and reordering took over an hour. It’s a shame. Their wings are delicious, but for us we are too scared to try them again.

The food is always amazing but the staff is so bad that I would rather suck a fart through a straw out of L. Ron Hubbards butt than come back and deal with another mishap.

My mistake. The manager/​owner being here doesn’t make a difference. Order online 45 minutes ago. Says it will be ready in 16 minutes. Get here, still waiting 40 minutes later. Guy next to me phoned in his order over an hour ago! And the best… the girl at the register is drinking a beer behind the counter!!! WHY DO I KEEP COMING HERE!!!

Lemon Pepper wings are the best! Only downside if you are in a hurry, it’s not very quick service unless you call ahead. Chicken wings and fries has always been good

I came in with a friend, who said he saw good ratings for this place online. When we ordered we were told our food would be out in 13 minutes, but it took at least 20.
My friend’s wings were not tossed well; all of them had a great deal of spice on one side, but almost none on the other. My wings were decent, but not as good as at BWW. My side of fries however was very good.
I had a few wings left and I wanted to take them home, so I went to go get a box. The worker saw me waiting there, but continued talking with another person in the kitchen. It looked like what they were discussing was important (they had some papers out), but I still wished they could take 10 seconds to help me out, or at the very least say «I’ll be with you in a moment». After about 5 minutes I finally got my to go box.
It wasn’t horrible, but there are much better options around. I will not be going back.

Always great for chicken wings, prices put hooters and bww to shame. Love the rolls and baked beans.

Everytime my boyfriend and I have ever gone to this location — we leave really disappointed. Not with the food. The food is FANTASTIC. The staff is not.
My first complaint was the staff seems very careless about the customers. Example… Last night we ordered online and had a specific pick up time. The food was not ready by that time of course, so we waited. In that time one of the staff members answered a phone call and it was a complaint. He was very rude to the person on the phone and as soon as he got off the phone he started telling the rest of the staff members about how much of an idiot that person was… loudly enough for everyone in the place to hear. He then left another person on hold for a good 7 mins.
My next complaint was the fact that they had the raw chicken bucket just hanging out on a roll cart in the middle of the kitchen while they were pouring floor cleaner (at waist height) right next to it… so I wouldn’t be too surprised if some floor cleaner got into the chicken.
All in all… the staff sucks. The food tastes good, but it’s just not worth the bitter taste the staff left in my mouth.

My son absolutely loves chicken wings, so we visited Wingstop as a treat. The food was very good but the service left much to be desired. We waited over 40 minutes for our ten wings and a handful of fries… I tried buying a draft beer to pass the time, unfortunately their taps were not working. We will try them again, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully this was a fluke.

Their wings and fries are really good but I have yet to have a really positive experience with the staff at this location. Every time I’ve gotten food here the person waiting on me has been crabby and rude. I like the food but it ruins it for me when everyone in there acts miserable to be at work.

They have earned it! Ty the Lemon Pepper. Yummy! My mom and I are wing fans. We love this place! The vegetables are always fresh too.

Just ok. Nothing great. First time around I had a terrible experience because there was hair in my food. I called the manager and explain the situation and she was extremely helpful and offer to replace my meal. Next time I call back and get my meal replaced and they completely messed up my order. I was supposed to get boneless wings and I got bone in wings. None of it really tasted great, the sauces were all missing something to it. Nothing made me say I want more, each bite made me wonder even more why had I had ordered from this place lol.

Good wings but don’t try to plan around them on a Saturday night. I was told 19 minutes. 42 minutes later, my order was done. I hope they go good with the (now) cold pizza that I have in the car.
Very disappointed.

Sometimes I feel like chain restaurants don’t deserve my heart, but this one does. Bone-​in Classic hot and Parmesan garlic are my favorite. Parmesan garlic have actual Parmesan cheese and are so buttery and delicious. Not like bdubs. Also my death row meal would have to include their fries dipped in their ranch so there’s that.

THE best wings in St Charles County hands down. You’ve got to try the «Louisiana Rub». Mild, bur FULL of flavor. Great BBQ wings as well. And the fries. Just damn. Perfect. The seasoning is the best. Wife and I eat here once a week and the food is always good. Service is OK– but that’s not why we go there. All about them wings.

Love their fries! Yes, their fries. It’s my favorite thing here. The wings? They’re great too. I had to play around with sauces to find the ones that I liked. I usually get half Parmesan garlic and half mild.
But seriously, the hand cut fries with that seasonings they use makes these fries the best in town!

I had heard great things about Wingstop and had a coupon so I decided to give it a try. I came in at about 8ish one night and the service was friendly and the place was clean but my wings seemed like they had been sitting somewhere waiting to be served too long. They weren’t hot and just seemed sub par flavor wise. Maybe I hit them on a bad night based on other reviews but I’m reluctant to try again for the price.

Not good at all. Over priced sub par wings. If you want good wings go to Caddy Shacks in Wentzville best wings I’ve ever had and for ¹⁄₃ the cost.

I love that you can order wings online here. I hate talking on the phone some days after work or on a Sunday when I haven’t brushed my teeth yet and want to order in advance of all the football (or hockey!) coming on.
The lemon pepper is my favorite but classic is always a good decision.
