My whole family loves the salon and the stylist. As a mom of 4 children the oldest being 7 the stylist always ask what I want and go above and beyond to make my kids look great!!! As for me will never go to another salon!!! These Stylists Are The Best

If you want your hair botched, come here. I am so upset, it’s probably two months since I had my hair cut here and it has still not grown out to a length that’s acceptable to me! I have had success at other Great Clips but this one is a failure. Why? They don’t listen to you! I told the lady 4x at LEAST, please trim just a little, we agreed on a length, but MAKE SURE you do not cut my front hairs so short they won’t reach my pony tail. I am positive I said it at least four times. Guess what happened? Immediately after the cut, they seemed too short already. Knowing when your hair dries, the hair shortens, I was very upset. I’ve had to use clips for months to keep my hair from whipping my face. I will never go back to this one!
And it’s not just me, my friend took her son there before back-​to-​school and they cut his too short too, against the mother’s wishes. They don’t listen to what you say here, beware!
