I ordered from this location for the convenience of it. Very skimpy on toppings. Ordered sausage and green peppers. The sausage didn’t taste like authentic Italian sausage, so probably just as well there wasn’t much of it.

As a franchise I like Papa John’s. The first time I ate at this location, they got my order wrong. The last time I’ll eat here, they offered me free breadsticks for the previous issue. The pizza was terrible and the breadsticks were clearly going to be thrown out. No need for a third strike, lesson learned.

What can I say, it’s edible. Not great in my opinion, but my husband likes it. My kids weren’t fans of the pizza but they loved the new garlic knots. I guess the nonexistent nutritional value is the same in both the pizza and the garlic knots so can’t complain that they didn’t eat the pizza.
Service wise this place was great. We ordered online and out pizza was ready in 15 – 20 minutes as expected. This busy mama even had time for a coffee run at the Starbucks across the street while I waited which is always a great thing!

My first order was a large for 5.99. Price was great, but when I picked up the pizza, it was not generous in its topping which is one sausage topping. I was very disappointed. I don’t think I will go back anytime soon. Customer service was very nice and friendly.

Great food for your typical «fast food» pizza. I frequent here when i want a quick cheap meal for the family. Never had an issue.

So last night I placed an order, when arrived found pizza to be undercook, and pizza had an aroma on it that was foul. I found out that the mushrooms they used on my pizzas were expired and rotten. I called back immediately, and told the Asst. mgr, and she said she would find out what she can do about my pizza, after being in hold for 8 min, she got back on the phone and told me they couldn’t make me another pizza or give me a refund. That she called her Manager to find out what the options where I asked to speak to him, she gave me his name Meraj. This place needs serious customer service training, and uphold the 100% satisfaction guarantee by Papa Johns. Go to Dominos there 5.99 deal can’t be beat.

Really good pizza at a really good price. I was introduced to Papa John’s in Dallas Texas and I loved it it was the best pizza they had out in Texas being from the Chicagoland area that was the best pizza I could get down there and now it is over here and I got to say it tastes exactly the same I love it. Put some garlic sauce on it and some hot sauce on it and you’re good to go. I like the area to its a very safe you don’t have to bring your concealed firearm for those of you that concealing carry now in Illinois

Good pizza, great service. Here’s a tip. If you order the wings your gonna have to finish cooking them at home.
I’m sure the cooked temp is within range, but the texture is snap back. Meaning when you take a bite they snap back at you, not exactly fall off the bone
