I like Mcd. I find them usually a great value. I had trouble here. The first time in they just plain got the order wrong but a mcmuffin is almost as good as sausage w egg. The second time it was more disappointing as the guy at counter could care less that people were waiting. The potatoes were not hot. The muffin wasn’t toasted well The fountain had no ice and nothing had been cleaned. This location is convenient I hope they start to care a little more

I love Jasmine cause she knows my order. Now if the kitchen can get right. I ordered two chicken snack wraps grilled with ranch. By the time I got to work and was ready to eat, I noticed they weren’t wrapped right. The were both Sausage Egg Burritos. Come on now!!! I know I should have checked but also shouldn’t have to if they did it right. Day2 I got comp on part of my order but today was almost as bad. Same original order for two chicken snack wraps grilled with ranch. This time it was Crispy and NO Dressing on the snack wraps.

The worst possible experience at McDonalds. However, not all locations, only this one. The workers here do not take pride in their work, and it shows in the customer service and food. i.e. Talking/joking with each other when there is a line, giving attitude via intercom when asking questions. I have given this location a try many times, I’m just fed up now and rather drive 15min to the el cerrito branch. This isn’t what McDonald’s is known for, and this branch is giving it a bad name.

Great place to charge your phone or even sleep for a few hours at a table. No one will even ask you to leave. They even allow you to beg for change inside. You can also shower in the sink. Lots of room to park your shopping carts. Great place to kill time especially if that’s all you have.

Why I even bother to rank McDonalds? I usually go on vacations and snap some drinks and snacks for kids, and because it is clean. This one has to be one of the worst in several dozens I visit every year. McDonalds, listen, close this one down for health hazards. Or if you are the owner, jesus, take note. I was stucked in the rest room for 20 minutes, because there was no toilet paper. No that won’t get you even a complaint. The issue is that, the restroom is filled with smoke, so bad that I felt like choking. McDonalds is a children’s place right? Then why this one seems to be owned by a chain smoker? I called the store phone for 10 minutes before someone picks up the phone, that is another red flag, mind you there was only 2 or so customers when I got in, and when I got out. Finally someone did come with the toilet paper, I almost don’t want to complain. Then the guy took my ice tea order, and then just let me sit in front of him and then go on to the only customer left. An ice tea sir, you could have just grab the cup, this is the first time that ever happened, if you were to grab me the drink(if the machine is inside) then I have no problem, but a cup. After this guy ignoring me for a couple of minutes, I asked the other staff, first thing she said to me was«what?!». Look, I know you are in a ghetto location, your staff is not well trained, I get that and forgive that, but how the F you think people with children will feel, giving my experience, for a 5 mins restroom visit and an ice tea order?

I wish there was a no star option. That drive thru is a mess. Kept getting my order wrong and gave me attitude?! Wtf. This was the first time I’ve ever said screw my order, I’m not eating here. I just drove off. I’ll never try to eat there again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My bad for thinking a 24⁄7 fast food restaurant would be able to serve its customers 24⁄7. My bad for going to McDonalds at all. After a long day and a late night at work, I was desperate. I sat in line for more than 15 minutes only to be told at the order screen that they were only excepting cash — no debit or credit. I didn’t have cash on me. After sitting in the line that I had no way of leaving for another 12 minutes, I was finally able to leave this crappy place. I understand that technology can fail but you need to take care of your customers — at the very least, place a sign or an employee at the beginning of your line to let people know not to get into the line.

The foods and service are not the problems but the atmosphere is just so bad. Me and my bf were eating and suddenly a homeless man just came and wanted to take the foods away. It took 5 mins for the manager to come and solve the problem.

It is really rare that I walk out of somewhere, but today I had my fill at this McDonalds. All I really wanted to do was stand in line and buy a couple hamburgers for a street person outside. I walked up to what looked like a free register after the folk before me left only to be TOTALLYIGNORED. No acknowledgment that I was even there. The woman came up and called out a number for an order, almost in my face, and yet did not make any sign that I would be served, or even that she saw me. The other woman at the other register also had nothing to say. It turned out that they were using one register to take orders, and the other to pick them up, and now my son and I were behind two more groups of people. at the back of the line. The people in line were way ahead of the staff because they offered to let us go ahead. But the woman at the register that WAS taking orders would not even make eye contact. So we left.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I have been here 3 times and I always ask for my food cooked fresh! All I eat are their nuggets and fries… how hard is it to fry food at Mc Donalds… I get home and the fries are fried to a crisp and my nuggets tasted like they were double fried… meaning old ass nuggets reheated in their funky ass grease… it seems like their food is getting worse with each visit…

I decided to start coming to this McDonalds location to wait out the nightmarish 880 southbound traffic going back to San Jose area. I’m starting to doubt if it’s worth it. The lines are kinda long. well actually they aren’t long, they just take a long time to push through. The staff here are pretty slow compared to every other fast food restaurant you go to. I see the associates in the back just moving at their slow leisurely pace, which I can’t be too critical off, but really. when there’s a long line, maybe just move a bit faster. please. They also talk a lot and do a lot of side chatting that holds up the line and increases order wait time. So I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a 10 piece chicken nugget. I tell them the two sauces that I want, and when I get my order, I receive no sauce. I go up to the front to ask for sauce and no response. Well for one they didn’t see me because they were turned around, but they were also side chatting while prepping the drive through orders. I don’t care if associates chat at the same time they work, but they were not working, and just chatting. I do want to mention that I really like what McDonalds is doing in creating a more ‘upscale ambiance’ and offering free wifi so it becomes a more café style place and a good alternative to Starbucks. They have booth options where it’s very comfortable to just sit and relax. It’s spacious and not too crowded, depending on the times you go. I just expect my order to come quicker and/or more accurate if I’m going to a fast food chain.

While I don’t normally find myself choosing McDonald’s over… oh, the myriad of actual food choices that are likely more fresh and contain less preservatives, oil, and trans fats… it is often the convenient choice with flavors and prices you can expect when you’re traveling out of town or in a hurry. And(sigh) my husband genuinely likes McDonald’s. That ^ has led me to the recently discovery that I occasionally like their ice lattes. Unfortunately, the franchise is surprisingly VERY inconsistent in this area. In some branches, the coffee is weak, while at others a bit more sour. At some places it’s too sweet, while at others not at all. The coffee at this branch manages to remain in the middle of the pack. Never«too» anything. The employees are friendly. never snippy. There are two lines for ordering at the drive-thru, which later merge into one line as you’re directed to either the first or second window for payment.

This is a recently remodeled location, and it’s fairly nice for a McDonald’s. It’s interesting to watch the gentrification process, even the McDonald’s are getting nicer! I happened to be in the neighborhood, and needed to use the bathroom, and of course, McDonald’s came through. Since I used their bathroom, I felt obligated to get something, so I got an Egg McMuffin value meal. I’m not quite sure what happened, but I swear Egg McMuffins were a lot tastier 20 years ago. Although it was OK, the English muffin was a bit stale. The hash browns were OK, but they’d be a million times better(and healthier!) if they were fried in beef tallow like God intended. Hey McDonald’s, bring back the beef tallow! The Fries were the best when they were fried in glorious beef fat! And don’t even get me started about the fried apple pies. No wonder the brand has gone downhill. Ah but I digress. This is a recently remodeled McDonald’s in a gentrifying part of town. It’s fine for what it is, but it could be GREAT if they fried everything in beef fat.

Let me start by saying this location is much nicer since the renovation. Im not happy today, the Sausage McMuffin with no egg is on $ 1 menu but my receipt says $ 1.29 why? This is the second time this has happend at this location. The first time the manager gave me 29cents back, this time i brought it to mangers attention she explains this isnt her first time hearing this:(So McDonalds something needs to be fixed its not fair to the consumer. For those that think im penny pinching, your damn skippy. Im a mother i usually by 5 sausage McMuffins so you do the math.

I used to hate coming here, but ever since they did a complete remodel on this location; this has been my go to spot for a quick breakfast on my way to Children’s Hospital. I love the new atmosphere in this place, it has a retro 1950’s feel with a modern look;complimented with relaxing jazz music on the overhead speakers. The staff has gotten better since they reopened, they are a lot more courteous and more precise on orders(No more missing meat on my burger). Turn around time on orders is still pretty slow, but not slow enough to deter me from dining here, I’ll keep coming back; so long as my coffee is $ 1 and my food is fresh to order.

This location seems to have a lot of business because of it’s location off of Telegraph. The employees could use some training in customer service. Not that they’re rude but they could be friendlier and less impatient. Granted, some of the customers they serve may be challenging and that’s understandable. I am a huge McDonald’s fries fan and that’s usually the first thing that get eaten once I have my order. Gotta love them hot fries! Their parking lot is small and they have a double-lane drive-thru. The inside can get messy but I’m thankful for their free wi-fi.

I don’t care type of day. HASHBROWNS. yup, the not so fresh, square shaped potato drenched in oil… HASHBROWNS, the old school way. :) This Mc Donald’s has been renovated, and has a more restaurant feel to it. The crowd is low key, which I love, and just HASHBROWNMEPLEASE! :P They now have egg whites too! So a little bad with a little kinda sorta good. These are the days, when I just don’t want to cook, and last night my tummy hurt. :P

Mcdonald’s has the usual draw for me. coffee(1) ½ the price of starbuck, 1⁄3 price of philz, etc. better than donut coffee anytime. parking too. short wait. brew: smooth coffee, no body.

While it is in the sketch part of Telegraph, the McDonalds itself is pretty much pimped up and very modern inside. Service itself is standard for any McDonalds but every time I come to this McDonald’s theres always something funny going on, whether it be gangsters cursing out each other, eavesdropping on the most recent gossip, or some other event, theres always something going on here. I just want to share my recent experience with you all. So I went through drive through and I hear the most sassiest women say «Welcome to MacDonalds may I take Yo orda? Me: Can I get a McWrap with extra lettuce? Her: McWrap extra Lettuce Me: Extra Cucumber as well please Her: Excuse me? Me: Extra Cucumber Her: Hold on sir, «I hear her in the background screaming to her co workers: SINCEWHENTHEHELLWESTARTSERVINGCUCUMBER!!! *muffled conversation I just cracked out laughing =). But yeah, order a mcwrap with extra lettuce and extra cucumber for a more healthful lunch :)
