Love’s Lemonade

Very good lemonade, too pricey like everywhere else on the boardwalk. Also they fill it mostly with ice which is always disappointing!

The funnel cake wasn’t too bad but my experience wasn’t that great. I ordered my cake and the person who ordered after me was offered hers first but the lady who took my order said no that was his as she pointed to me and because of that the lady was given two free lemonades. I think that is total BS.

The funnel cake was okay. I’m use to having it with strawberry on top so felt very dried but it was good and it was freshly made can’t complain.

Being from the Jersey Shore, I have eaten my fair share of funnel cakes. I was considering trying it until they handed me a coupon and it made me try it.
It was pretty good. Not overcooked or covered with too much sugar. The way they slice it like a pizza was a little weird. I’m used to pulling it apart the fun way. It actually makes it a bit messier in my opinion because you are trying to bite into a real thick piece so you get sugar on you instead of your fingers.
No regrets. I am actually thinking about going back today for the fried oreos. I saw a kid order them there and they looked amazing!

I used to looove their lemonade. I was hoodwinked into the 9.50 deal, a funnel cake and two small lemonades. See when she rang me up for a funnel cake and one small lemonade it was 9.25. I had to do it. Well that lemonade was funky.
The lemonade at Boog’s down by thrasher’s is much better!
The funnel cakes are still good, but don’t eat one unless my Mom is there to shoo the seagulls away. She is an excellent shoo-​er

Located near the pier, my favorite funnel cake in OC. I recommend getting it with powdered sugar as the other toppings take away from the crispy goodness. They also serve lemonade Captain Obvious, though it is served out of what looks like a Lemon udder. Order one and you’ll see.
