Can’t go wrong with papa johns. If the Orioles win and score more than five runs you get half off of your order. Nice if you wanna eat cheap in oc.

I call to place order to be deliver to the hotel am staying in so I ask for special they told me to go online if I want the special over the phone you pay more they talk very cold like who cares

Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! Picture this, your birthday all you want is a pizza, standard cheese. Not a lot of thrills and frills, you call them get quoted 37 – 45 minutes (your 5 streets away) kinda weird to me too. But whatever it’s my birthday and do I can be semi flexible, 1 hour no pizza, you call «5 or 10 mins» ok no problem, shoot the shit with your mom and daughter who are getting hungry, those with kids you feel my pain right? 2 hours no pizza. Already paid with these ducking clowns. We are 5 streets a way! 2.5 hr later, daughter is tears, and me about reaching for my grenade launcher we canceled out order.
It takes 20 minutes to make it, shouldn’t take you that long to get my pizza to me. Even if you had my 97 year old grandfather walk it over!

they forgot my pepperoni. they had one job. one pizza. a pepperoni pizza for delivery.

Ordered plus paid online. Went to pick it up & everything we ordered was there.
Quality of food is what we expected.

Being a chain I didn’t think I could go wrong and I didn’t. Service was great. Lady who took my order was very nice over the phone & in person. Pizza tasted great! Hot and fresh. Would recommend.

That being said this place has never disappointed. Ordered all kinds of pizza from here and they’ve always gotten it right.

I have ordered from here several times. I’m basically a local (my family has owned property here for many many years and we spend much time in Ocean City) and I’ve given this restaurant many opportunities to make up for mistakes but they just continue providing horrible serve and food. Either the food shows up late because the non English speaking driver got lost or the order is wrong (items missing, wrong sauces, etc) or even better, the pizza box lid is crushed into the pizza. No matter how many opportunities I give them, they always manage to screw it up. I would not order from here. Period. Instead, order from tugos pizza. At least they get the order right the first time and to you on time.
