No other place in west Texas offers the speed of service and quality of food like Rosas ! I love this place so much I get withdrawals if I don’t have it every once in a while. A bit pricey, but hey that’s the cost of good food. Love it

Gross! Didn’t enjoy it al all. I would rather eat nothing. It is now 4 am and I so sick and can’t sleep. I will never eat here again. I had the crunchy tacos.

I go to the Coppell, TX location and order the same thing every time with no problems. Apparently in Odessa it doesn’t matter If you pay extra for a steak burrito they will give you a taco size. Shameful, can’t wait to head home.

I have to say this place is really good. When I first got here people would talk it up pretty good so I imagine it to be better then it is, but it’s good. The service is good. The people are nice. The beans and rice are awesome my favorite items.

I’m from California and I was craving some Mexican food after searching, the reviews sent me here. Let me just say I thought it was joke, it’s like an upscale Taco Bell. Oh and none of the salsa is spicy at all even the «chile de Arbol» it taste like tomato sauce. I ordered chile verde & the shell tasted better than the food. the end Dont do it.

growing up in Fort Worth, taco Tuesday was a regular item on my agenda.
their tacos are awesome and so are their tortillas. I love that this place is a fast food restaurant but doesn’t feel like it.
great addition to midland in my opinion.

Craving some quick made to order Tex-Mex food? Rosa’s Café does not disappoint, from tamales, fajitas, tacos, enchiladas to homemade tortillas, Rosa’s is well maintained Mexican fast food restaurant! Since Rosa’s is a fast food restaurant, my review will be brief. I visited on a Sunday evening at this location and the food here was up to Rosa’s Café standards. My fajita plate was ready in about 5 minutes from ordering, the rice and beans were up to par and my beef fajitas were rich and flavorful, I wonder where they order the beef from because I can’t get enough of it. The menu pricing here isn’t too expensive UNLESS you order their fajitas or anything with fajita meat on it but it’s worth the price! OVERALL, QUICK SERVICE, DELICIOUS FOOD AND CLEAN RESTAURANT! Will be a return customer, that’s for sure!

I drove all the way from Denver, CO to eat to here! Was it worth… Hell yes! Colorado doesn’t know how to make good Mexican food and this place is one of the best at it! I counted down the days till I could taste the best enchiladas in town! I love you Rosa’s please come to Denver!

I love all of you Rosa’s, and your newest location did not let me down. Conveniently located between Odessa and the airport, I can pick up my dozen #14 beef with queso burritos to take back to Houston and make my co-workers green with envy as I heat the mesquite goodness in the microwave.
