We really enjoyed this pasta/pizza/sandwich/salad joint in the Quail Springs area of OKC. I had the«make your own pizza» and it was really good. Right amount of toppings and cheese, but it could have used a little more sauce. I’ll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed this place. It’s mainly sandwiches and pizza. It’s all under seven dollars. The food is good. It’s hard to go for lunch I would say especially this location – you might want to get there a bit early.

Ok, I just don’t get it. I have been here 4 or 5 times, and each time, I have been underwhelmed. I’ve never bit into any of their menu items and thought, wow, that’s really good. We most recently ate there for lunch. I ordered the baked ziti, and it was partially my fault for not realizing its some goofy vegan baked ziti with no meat in it, and no substance. To top it off, the sauce was terrible and overdone with what I think was Oregano. I ate the cheesy part, which was the only part worth eating, and left much of the rest. It came with one small piece of rather sorry looking waifish soggy italian bread toast. We got some soup and a cookie, and for two with no drinks, the bill rang up to $ 26. The soup was ok, and the cookie was best described as hugely disappointing, because it was both huge and largely without any taste. I walked out of there feeling full of carbs with nothing of any substance in my stomach, and not having enjoyed the calories I had consumed. For comparison, I could spend the same money across the turnpike at Texas Roadhouse, order 2 very good steaks, which would come with 4 very good sides, all of which would have been better on all counts than any side or soup at Café 7. I’d have been served as many fresh baked delicious rolls with honey butter as I wanted, and I’d have had leftovers for a whole other meal. This is not a 4.5 star establishment unless it’s on a scale with fast food, and with soup or sides it costs in the end as much as a sit down and order restaurant. I’m not sure how it got such an amazing Unilocal rating??? They were fairly quick, and there were enough people walking around you could get something by flagging them down if you needed it. For me it’s a miss though. They must be making money hand over fist because it always seems to be crowded. There are better places to spend your hard earned money in my mind. You could have a specialty burger and awesome fry side across the street at S+B or eat wonderful Thai food, which I probably would have done, but I was in a hurry to make a movie time.

Always great, and the best service ever. These guys know how to take care of their customers, and they’re so nice. The food isn’t bad, either. Two thumbs up!

This was a great find! Interesting ordering method was a cross from Fazoli’s and Which Wich Sandwiches. Food was great and is brought to you quickly and in proper sequence.(salad before entrée) It even has ambiance of a much higher priced Italian eatery. No matter what you get make sure you take a cookie home with you, they are awesome!

I believe the owner of these Café was a salesman at Ben E Keith food co. And decided to open his own food establishment instead of purchasing a house. He probably has two homes now, Café 7 has location in Tulsa and two in okc.

My husband and I love Café 7. We eat here at least once a week, and it’s good literally every time. The employees are always so friendly, and our food is always perfect. Everything on their menu is delicious, and it’s also very affordable. We love to order to go & pick it up through the drive thru window.

Enjoyed the Bratwurst pasta awesome. Wife had the BBQ Chicken pizza. Both were amazingly tasty… BUT the customer service blows goat balls. You order at the counter before you sit down and the 2 staff members manning the registers had a case of the«Monday’s».

This is a great place! They have sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and pasta. They have a ‘make your own’ option which makes it nice for those who need some modifications for allergies/intolerances. The place was busy for a Sunday afternoon but that is to be expected. There wasn’t a need to wait for a table after placing your order at the counter. Definitely a place I will come back to!

Had enchilada soup, and Reuben sandwhich. Very filling! Also, chicken basil pizza is the best!

Wow, this place sure packs it in at lunch! I walked in and the line was at the door. Fortunately everything was fast moving and I hadn’t waited even five minutes before I had paid and was filling up my cup with a drink. I ordered the luau pizza. It was very fast service(I think THAT is the only five minutes wait I had… and that’s pushing it). Generous sized personal pizza at a decent price — great! But the pizza itself was just ok. It has the mozzarella, tomato sauce, Canadian bacon, pineapple, and mandarin oranges. Some of it was oddly proportioned, where several pineapple pieces would be on one or two slices, and the rest would have one if any. The flavor was about as stand out as I’ve had at Domino’s or Papa John’s. So… nothing special. But a couple girlfriends of mine were thoroughly impressed with their pasta choices, so maybe that’s where it’s at. I can’t really complain considering the amount of food I got for the cost. I’m sure I’ll head back and try it out again. That baked mac & cheese is calling my name! Also, make sure you show your Keep It Local card — you get a free drink with an entrée purchase.

I went here after church with my husband and baby. The service was so fast!!! We sat outside and by the time I had gone inside to get a high chair and come back outside, my salad was already there! And they were super busy on this Sunday. My husband got his pasta and salad a minute later. The food was fresh and delicious. They have a wide variety of micro brews which is awesome cause that is hard to find in oklahoma. I’d go here again!

They recently changed prices, so now the pizza and pasta dishes are $ 7.15 and the sandwiches are $ 6.45. Café 7 gives good sized portions for the price and has the best cookies ever! If you are not familiar with the ordering system, as soon as you walk in you’ll see a bar with tiny pencils and different sheets of paper. The menus are behind you along the windows, and list the different pizzas, pastas, salads, and seasonal items they offer. Back to the sheets of paper, this is how you order. You can customize any of the dishes they offer or create your own masterpiece. Fill out the paper, pay at the register(ps the cookies I mentioned are by the register. Do yourself a favor and get one!), and take a seat. The dining room has several tables and booths available, but on a busy Sunday afternoon expect a wait. It gets packed! The food is really good, and the service is usually friendly. My one gripe would be that usually one dish will come out at a time, like they don’t wait until the entire table’s order is done to bring it out. The last visit I was the last plate they brought out, and I sat there waiting for 10 minutes after everyone else got their food. I can understand a few minutes but come on. This has become a regular visit whenever my husband and I are visiting family in Edmond. We all love it, something for everyone!

This place is awesome! They are always so incredibly friendly and the food tastes fresh every time. Ordering is a little strange as you have to fill out an order form and take it up to the counter. If you are going for the first time, I suggest looking at the menu online and having some idea of what you want… it will make the ordering process less intimidating. I highly recommend this place. I normally get pasta and I change up my options(you get 4 options of sauces, veggies, etc). My wife gets the chicken salad sandwich and swears it’s the best she’s ever had.

They should call it Café Smart. Walk in, grab a paper menu, and decide what you want while queueing. Turn it in, pay, grab a drink, sit. Food is out within seven minutes, and everything is $ 7. They bring it out to you, and they check on you at some point, see how you’re doing, etc. Brilliant! I had the ham and cheddar, which came with enough pop chips to satisfy my need to crunch, but kept me from getting a big bag o’ chips.(Although you can do that if you want to). They even came back to me later to see if I needed a box for the rest of my pizza, which I totally did. This is a perfect place for a quick lunch, but I also liked that if you want a beer of a glass of yours, go for it.
